Hydrogen Peroxide has to be diluted to get 3% by using this formula 30/3 =10 so one equal part of hydrogen peroxide of 30% mix it with 10 parts (equal) of distilled or boiled water and then you will get hydrogen peroxide of 3%
What are your recommendations on use of Carbopol? Should a sublimation mixer be used? or would an industrial kitchen hand mixer be alright. Will this formula reduce skin 'micro flaking' where C-19 can be trapped? Why don't you reply to any of the other peoples comments?

I own a skincare and supplement manufacturing company....this is so slow and inefficient...pro tip try 5 gallon pails with a drill mixer

Make sure the distilled water pH is around 7 before adding Carbomer 940 to form gel. Use Triethanolamine to adjust pH.
