Hi Espen! Thank you!!! We love trains also! Next time we go to the BIG APPLE I have a feeling we will take the train again. No need for a vehicle in the city. Parking one is not super cheap.

Hi Mike! We liked that coach was quite roomy on the train. Unfortunately, not so much in a plane. We will definitely take the train again. Glad you enjoyed. As Chuck said we are catching the colors in Lake Placid. :)

Interesting to learn that the train switches to electric when approaching New York. How was the ride? I love taking the train to see the countryside. You both seemed cozy and comfy. Thanks for the info about luggage too! Nice video. 👍😊🇨🇦
We really enjoyed the trip in coach. It was fun to sit back, relax and watch the sites! We have another train video in the works later in this series. Glad you enjoyed it! We may need to take the train from SYR to Niagara Falls sometime!
Hi Christine! We really loved riding down on the train. So much easier than driving and parking a vehicle. Takes a bit longer than driving because of the stops but totally worth it. We will definitely take the train again! :)

Hi Bernie! Yes, we really enjoy riding on trains also. We wished we had rode the train in Scotland. If we return will definitely have to do. This was definitely an easier way to get to the BIG APPLE! :)
The last time I took a track to New York, we were in route to Rhode Island... a sleeper to New York and Coach to Rhode Island.... the old Penn Station!

That's a nice journey. I enjoy train rides and try to include them when I am visiting a foreign country.
The US rail system is not as advanced as some other parts of the world but it was fun!
