I have studied in andaman from 1995 till 1998 as my dad was posted here in the armed forces. Those were the best days of my life. Andaman was really beautiful back then. After 24 years i went back to andaman this year and a lot has changed. Too many hotels have comeup now. Autos were not there back then, now there are plenty autos. Andaman videos bring back all the nostalgia. The most beautiful place in india and lastly the people of andaman are really amazing.

Hi Soumit, I am a resident of Andaman. I use to travel the same route. Ofcourse the road between Port Blair and Diglipur is in worse state as u have experienced. This vlog is awsome as other vlogs which u upload on TH-cam. Keep well.

This ship is similar to hundreds of car cum ferry ships which go back and forth between hundreds of Greek islands.
Nice Vlog , You didnt see flying fish, strange, also Chenni to Andaman , is 4-5 days and for 4 days you may get sea sickness also the fishes may hit your eye at night, so its not worth 4 days on sea but if you wish to experience it , its up to you, . The beaches have same sunset so if you visit the beaches , you can see it there too
Also , do they allow you to go to captain cabin/control room, at least for small cruise , they allow you to captain cabin, its a must to see how the ship is controlled, maybe next time
I never fe.t sea sickness but lots of people do.

Yes, lets see if I can experience. Also above 5th deck is not allowed for regular passengers, since its a govt ship, I did not wanted to involve in any permission or official stuff

I have worked in these islands (1995-2000) and will be happy to share my experiences and tips (if you are interested). I must have sailed in these ships as well as small fishing boats 100s of times. A lot has changed since my last visit but a lot also remains the same (e.g. the bureaucratic hassles with your ticket 😀). Your video has brought back those wonderful memories. Thanks friend
