Oh, Christine, very Ikebana! I love these! Love 99% of what I've seen on You Tube "Card Making" videos. Yours are "less is more". Very elegant. It's addictive!!! TFS🌹🥰🦘🦘🦘🌥️🌧️☁️☁️
This die set is not easy to find, but my supplier did. I am so happy! I have made several cards with it now. Thank you for showing what you have made with it, and for being my inspiration for using it. I love your work!❤
Wonderful video, so many hints and tips clearly explained, yes it’s a beautiful die set, I’m sure the internet has been ablaze with crafters looking for it. Stunning card! Thank you and take care.
I happen to own this set of Sizzix dies and now realise I need to make more use of them. I love the way you used the branches die over the vase. Thank you Christine. x
TFS Marion! You are so talented, I enjoy your videos so much! I had planned to work on a much different project today but you've now thrown a wrench into that!🤭I would say this is one of those dies sets that seems to keep on giving. These are easy to produce batch cards for boxing sets as gifts. Now you've inspired me for more batches🥰 Thank you!
Another very pretty and elegant card. I love your flower dies. They are so sweet. Thank you for a very relaxing video to enjoy at the end of a very busy day. - Dawn 🌅
Hi. What a fabulous card with it's striking, simple background. The colour of your mat looked quite nice behind it and I also thought a dark jade green or terracotta/warm brown, sort of like the colour of your little bowl might work well, too. Thank you for sharing another of your super videos and I hope you have a lovely weekend. 😊
Well, you outdid yourself again! I bought this die and had just cut out a few pieces before watching your video! Thank you for sharing your ideas and process as I am now so excited to give it a go! I just loved what you did, Chris. Blessings, Nancy Rolfe
Love this card, totally reminds me of ikebana and is very beautiful! I have a friend who’d love this card as she spent a year in Japan. Thank you for leading my ideas in this direction. The way you made the pottery vases is perfect. 💌
Loved the previous card with these dies so much I "had to" order them and have just received them. Looking forward to using them. I love your CAS cards.🤗
Thanks for the play on other ways to embellish the vases and jars. Perhaps could do a couple of vessels with one on its side. So helpful, Chris. Lovely, as usual. Thanks. From Cheryl in AZ
I tried getting this die set and had it all ordered along with a few other things and when I put my address in and using Paypal--I was asked for another address as this company does not deliver outside the US, I have searched E-bay and everywhere else but to no avail. So I am just going to watch Chrissie with great die envy or maybe I can search my stash using Chrissie's imagination LOL and I love this card
Thank you so much for the videos with these dies. You have such great ideas!!! For once, I actually have this particular dies. The little pieces are getting harder with the ole eyes, but still able to manage.
Love the new background cloth. Makes seeing what you’ve got going on much easier. The card is fab. I have vases and stick dies that I’ll to pull out and have play. The horizontal lines was a die from memory box as I luckily have one. Thanks for all the inspiration. ❤
I'm late to the party, having been away for a short break, so I have some catching up to do. What a difference your 'adding dimension tips' make to a die. Something flat and lifeless is transformed into a real object. The finished card with an almost architectural look really pops. TFS
I love this die set, particularly for the twigs, as an alternative to the Gummiapan Willow Twigs which I haven't managed to get hold of yet! As always your card is very inspirational Chrissie! have a lovely weekend 🥰
Such a delightful card. So many ideas and options Christine. I think Pumice Stone will be added to my Oxide inks very soon.....along with that die set if I can source it.
Thank you, Christine for new inspiration! I've had this die set for a while now. I made a set of cards sometime ago. Your take on the set has motivated me to get it out again and play.
Fab card as usual. Actually I think it’s very elegant. Thanks as always for sharing. Will have to get pumice stone you use it a lot it’s a good colour. Thanks Christine.
Such an elegant card. You could easily change up the color behind the lines and on the vase -- still on the lookout for a design for my niece's wedding card. 😊
Beautiful card Christine, You always make such great use of your play time. This is the set of dies I pulled out to play with when you first taught me how to bring dies to life, thanks for more inspiration.
Very stylish. I prefer the brown background to the turquoise, though that was lovely as well. The brown retains the limited palette you achieved with the vase and twigs. The patience you have to make the tiny flowers always amazes me. I don’t have the eyesight, let alone the patience, to do that😂❤❤
Hello christine . Very nice disposition . Good afternoon 👋👋👋👋👋
Surprisingly, I haven't used any of my vase dies but have used a few mason jar ones. I use acetate from packaging and glossy accents for them to mimic glass & water. I really should give the vases a try. Love all your suggestions. I have an anniversary card to make this month so maybe. I'm still muddling what to do for it right now. The hardest part...figuring out what I want to do. I thought at the beginning you had the flickering solved but it was not to be yet. I hope the new light works out.
I have been wanting to say too, I didn't think it was your mat causing the flickering either. It does it no matter what you are using for your background. So hopefully the new light will be the solution for you. Great tips and tricks to bring these containers to life. Love how the card turned out, so beautiful! Hugs, Brenda
The die is called Jumbled Lines Collage Die (as you say, by Memory Box) No 94560 It is still listed, but currently out of stock in the US.... Cheers, Heather
Would turning the card over and cutting the twig out help to reverse it.? As always you are the classiest card maker on the block, thanks once again for and beautiful card.
Lovely card. I have a few vase dies to give this a try. I love the effect the clear embossing powder gives. Do you have an Amazon link for the mat and tools you use to give the vase dimension. If you mentioned them, I missed it. I think you also use them on Cricut cut shapes to give them a smoother edge, right?
I have often mentioned in videos about using an embossing stylus to round over the edges of card cut with trimmers, scissors or electronic cutting machines. Tonic studios do sets of embossing tools and my mat was a silicone worktop protector which I cut in half!
@@chrisreinhart5072 my yellow mat is an embossing mat, not the sort used in a die cutting machine made from silicone, but thicker and made from foam. The mint green mat was the silicone one.
Such a beautiful card. Please proudly call the room your studio - just right for you, the artist. Your work is wonderful.
Thank you so much! Phil calls it The Swamp! 🤣🤣🤣
I love this video. Your cards are always amazing and beautiful. I craft with my 8 year old granddaughter and it’s the best thing ever.
