Priya sisters are real "role model" for many young vocalists; especially their simplicity and adhering to traditions. I think the sisters spoke from their heart. The blessings of the Almighty be with them, always.
I’ve attended many concerts of the Sisters in many Sabhas in Mumbai & Chennai. They do sing Thamizh songs with clear pronunciation.
These sisters are very dedicated, talented and their voices blend so well. Especially they dress very simple and decent on the stage.
My beloved Sisters r Priya sisters. I learnt all Annamaya Keerthanas from them. The divinity in their singing I can't match with others.
Wow !!!!! Real Wow !! Their Voice is Sync is Superb, The Command & Style in Singing is Fantastic & Its Pure Carnatic style .. I had attended several concerts of them and every time its new .Kudos Priya Sisters

Since Mr Chandrasekhar loves to criticise artists and give corrections here is some for him.
1. Please respect others when they are speaking by not interrupting them. It is basic courtesy especially for an interviewer .
This attribute has made the interview cringe-worthy.
2. Research Research RESEARCH!!!
As far as I know Priya sisters have provided wonderful and soul stirring Tamil compositions. You have no right to accuse or slander artists just because they are patient. It just says that you have gone there to waste some time.
3. This is an interview for god’s sakes not a police enquiry!! Please tone down your questions . You have asked them for an interview not the other way round.
Overall I never expected such a great anchor to conduct such a deplorable and poorly researched interview.
I used to watch and hear the songs of Priya Sisters only during covid. Their songs were attracted me and I am very much fond of their songs. Daily I am hearing their songs and by hearted some of them like "Malai meethu vazhum Sri Srinivasa", Perumal unthen thirunamam sangu chakkaram en iru kannil therigindrathe", " Sree Krishna Saithenye, Hariye un pathame thunaiyagume etc., Thanks a lot for watching their interview. Don’t understand why the sisters feel so conscious about Tamil keertanas. Who says one should sing Tamil songs in concerts? Why should someone sing Tamil kritis? No Tamil kriti can come close to the linguistic strength and beauty of Sanskrit or Telugu songs. The greatest musician Dr. M Balamuralikrishna rarely sang tamil kritis. Even the ones he sang were his own compositions. Carnatic musicians are not obligated to spread Tamil music. Please stop this silly and immature notion.

Thamizh is a classical.. musical language far more superior than Sanskrit and Telugu ❤They live in Thamizh nadu.. They should sing Thamizh songs in concerts to get closer to the audience.
