Rawon must interact with many people older than her. That's why she is quick witted and smart. I have baby cousins that my siblings and i play with a lot. I was quite surprised that they grow so fast like how Rawon did but after i saw that they mostly interact with people older than their ages first, i begin to understand them more. however my cousins cannot lie their age, there are times when they act like kids at their age. It's normal to see it for me also they are cute so it's OK.
