If not he is a new catch and hasn’t lost the muscle in his dorsal muscle fibers, yet.
Either way as a species who uses more brain cell activity than humans they should have the right to occasional freedom. If only to see just how different and difficult the real world is.
For now he’s a prisoner and if potato head decides to destroy the planet he will starve and die in that tank.

I’m from England. But every year we would go to Clearwater Florida my parents had a villa there. The dolphins would sometimes come right into the shore. The first time I see this I panicked 😂. I thought it was a shark 😂 it was my first time in America and thought everything in America was there to kill you 😂🤣. But after I got used to it they would let you touch them and they were so playful and splash you it really was amazing.

How precious...the dolphin seemed to be trying to tell the innocent child something. It felt safe with the baby. You know....I saw where someone commented that the dolphin was saying "I love you"....I thought for a split second the dolphin was saying "Help me"...That broke my heart. I'm going to think positively that it was "I love you". It was something special seeing the dolphin come to the baby without hesitation.The beauty of God's creation is absolutely astonishing.... ♥️
This made me cry. The dolphins should be in the ocean. Instead, they amuse the offspring of their captors, truly making the best of what is an awful existence.

My grandfather used to take me to the docks for lunch while he worked on his sailboat... every single day at the same time, a pod of dolphins visited and hung out with me... was highlight of my childhood.

I live in florda and ive watched wild dolphin do tricks for tourists for food. Ive watched them take turns pushing fish in 1 direction so another can eat.

Delfine, die in Gefangenschaft geboren wurden, kann/ sollte man natürlich ebenso in ein "Dolphin Sanctuary" umsiedeln!!!
