    If you click "SHOW MORE" in the description above your be able to see Links to the Tools 🔧🔨🔧 I use. Also Clickable Chapters📋 📙 throughout the video and other Links 🎬 that may be of interest. I've had a few viewers request where they can buy the tools they see in some of my videos but it's not very clear that the "SHOW MORE" tab has a lot of information in that may be of interest. Admittedly the amazon links are associated with me and I would earn a small commission which helps towards keeping the channel funded.

    W LIII w skrzyni biegów zmieniałem podobnie olej. Niestety nie miałem pompki. Kupiłem zatem rurkę i lejek. Rurkę wyprowadziłem na górę silnika i podłączyłem z lejkiem. Tak wlewałem olej do skrzyni biegów. Olej wlewałem aż się przeleje. Wtedy zakręciłem korek od skrzyni. Bardzo pomocny film. Dzięki.

    Excellent video, will be doing this on a Renault Kangoo 2. Will the fill plug be in the same place, should be able to do the whole job just by removing the passenger side front wheel and liner as under tray does not cover gearbox drain plug. Just lower car after gearbox drained with the wheel still off and level, then fill gearbox.

    • @CoatsandGaiters

      @@CoatsandGaiters Just thought I would give you an update. Wheel arch liner does not need to be removed as access hole is provided for fill plug, this is a lot different as it is a 24mm socket bolt with a pressure relief valve built in. This did not have a seal just aluminium anti seize grease is this right as I don't think this has ever been removed as this only had 8000 miles when my Dad bought it.

    Great tutorial, very useful. I do believe the torque for the sump plug on the PK4 gearbox is 24Nm, not 18Nm. And it takes 2.4L of oil.
    Presumably you can use a dowty washer on the sump plug rather than copper?

    I have a Laguna 2, 1.8 16v Extreme. Im finding it confusing about which oil type for the manual gearbox. I think its 75/90. Is there other fluids other than the motor oil that need replacing? The differential oil? Is that the same oil as the gearbox oil or is that all tied to the gearbox? GL4 vs GL5? Does it matter? Cheers

    • @CoatsandGaiters
      @CoatsandGaiters  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I think the Haynes manual says 75w/80 but it depends on which gearbox is fitted to your car. The differential is in the gearbox on most front wheel drive cars.

    Don't believe the amount of the oil that comes out is the right amount of the oil, the oil could be leaking and u would top up not enough oil, top it up to the moment it starts coming out of the filling hole. Ideal conditions to have car lvl up is a good idea but actually the quantity wouldn't vary much if at all is the car is slightly lifted.
