MT COTTON MTB TRAILS ARE INSANE // A PROGRESSION SESSION LIKE NO OTHER!

- Whats Up Everybody, Welcome Back!
This would have to have been one of thee most enjoyable rides ive had in a very long time and its proof that the company you keep dictates this.
Today I met up at Mount Cotton MTB Trails with -
Dale Percy - ...
Kate Bell - ...
Carl Jepsen - ...
Jake Endersby - ...
I had a few gaols in mind and managed to achieve them all, firstly starting with clearing ALL 3 Jumps on Westys, the first 2 are easy but id never stopped to look at No3 until this ride, And I nailed it.
Next was the rock garden, its an awkward one and id seen in videos that it may be able to be cleared so That was my other goal and I nailed it, now the key will be to remember these next time and clear them all first run.
So, another great day, a great ride and awesome company, stick around for future videos with this mad crew, its going to be awesome..

Thank you Christoph, its been long gaps between edits for sure. These trails are super fun, not over,y aggressive but enough to be fearful if you’re willing to let off the brakes some.. Loving your vids, and your scenery you get to endure is insane my friend..

Seen you in a different perspective, normally watch your vids on my iPad but today I watched on my Big Screen in full HD, amazing how much I miss watching on the ipad. 👍👍
Yeah I avoid the iPad for watching TH-cam vids, only on the Big Screen for sure..

Got to love a sweet Westys session 🤘. Killer riding Craig.. vids are always better to watch when you can see the Stoke is high in the group .. love it 🤙.
Thanks Phil, yeah I agree for sure, couple of these lads are BMX’s so it drops the fear levels and raises the stoke. Loved it.
Epic riding Craig!! GoPro footage never does justice to how big them booters actually are on westy’s these day. Man I find it hard enough just surviving that middle section of doubles on steroids, you guys just boosted them!! Awesome edited yet again , my stoke was high just watching it!! 🤙🏽

Cheers mate. Theres soo much tech there that you dont realise until you slow down and look outside the square. We will catch up for a ride one day hopefully…

Did 43kms in there on Wednesday, was a hard place to drag myself away from even though I was cooked 😄
Cooked after 43kms! PFFFFT, im cooked after 4.3km 😬. Thats impressive, how many laps of Leo Lands added to that total?
@@FlowmentumMTB I did 2 of Leo's land so that helped, also an e bike, but I am old and fat haha.
I had a fairly big off on the black between shenanigans and westys(name eludes me) so I was determined to stay to get some confidence back 🙄
Certainly more trips to Brissy needed.

Varying your speed you could ride a hard tail down this, not as quick or graceful but completely achievable. Im riding race speeds down here and my bikes a 130/150..
Anything from a 120 rear and up will be equiped to take you through…

Hey Peter, park at the roundabout at the quarry on West Mount Cotton Road. Across the other side you can clearly see where you enter. It’s fun but okay caution to Blacking Out and Westy’s as they hold a few tech surprises.

Hah was chatting about this just the other day, I’ve seen a few vids from there and I am soo keen to get down there for a ride and do a Ride Guide to help promote them. It will be done soon I hope..
