I was about to say the same thing. ChatGPT doesn’t have access to Doug’s PC, but it can write code that can then be compiled and run that could access Doug’s PC. So unless ChatGPT somehow writes code that transfers information through the web to its servers (I think that’s basically impossible for ChatGPT to output), then it doesn’t have any access to Doug’s PC

Doug could have found an already (perfectly) functioning snake game code online in just a few moments of google searching (this is a common and encouraged practice in the coding community) and made all the changes he wanted from there in a tenth of the time it took for him to get to where he was at trying to strangle the AI to get the game he wanted out of it. That was the whole point of doing this experiment in the first place and why he thought it would be content.
So, I don't know if you have already seen it, but there is this hilarious series by someone named SaltyDKDan, called a pokemon friendlocke, it works like a normal pokemon nuzlocke, but his friends in discord are in charge of what the pokemon do, and it's hilarious
