Great video. On the topic of being friendly and positive: It is exhausting and unsustainable if it is not honest. So find your version of friendly. It must be you, not some fake personna. Maybe it goes without saying.
100% agree with your comments. You have to be yourself to be an effective manager - keeping up anything else is not practical or sensible. We all have a good side - promote that.

I think being a likeable person helps. I agree - this is rarely commented on in management courses
