Starting over at 30

When is it okay to start over? Something that I have learned over the years is that it's never too late to make a U-turn. I have pursued many different jobs and passions. I have started and stopped different careers and interests. I feel like through exploring who I am and what I want to do I have left no rock. At 29 I decided I wanted to pursue a professional career as an artist. Is it too late to change careers? I don't think so.
