Thank you so much for doing this bro! It really means a lot to me. ❤️ AND I FINALLY GOT THE VIPERS LET'S GOOOOO 🔥
Also there's definitely no G#0 there lol, just an Eb1 but I get why it could sound like a G#0 👀

That’s insane. Your range and talent is huge.

I would have gone for: yeah sure G#0, why not 😂 Great recording Marwan.

    • @giogmusic5726
      @giogmusic5726 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

I raised it up one octave and heard G#?? Was it edited in some way to make an undertone?? Did you accidentally do a G#0 SECOND sub without realizing??

@@giogmusic5726 Nah bro it's just a pretty clear Eb1 in the recording 😂🤷‍♂

After half a year of grinding, the 18 year-old Egyptian prodigy is back with another incredible work -- if y'all aren't subscribed to Marwan yet, head over to his channel immediately and show him some much-deserved love!

First Marwan made my day by dropping the song, and now you’ve made my day by checking it out! Can’t wait to see what you have to say!

  • @CasperFox

This was AMAZING to watch!!! So honored you wanted to do this bro. Thank you so much!!!
I feel very special to receive the pit vipers as a tenor haha :D
To answer your question as well:
My subs are all first-subharmonics, my morning voice goes quite low for my tenor timbre resulting in me being able to hit pretty solid sub-notes!
Thank you so much again, means the world to me / us that you enjoyed it

The fact that he’s 18 is mind blowing. He’s a musical genius. The way he mixes, masters, and arranges things is incredible.

    **Marwan bass drops**
    **headset drops**
    "Where my Vipers?"
That moment cracked me right up. 😂 You were reviewing something put out by a BASS GANG member, withOUT your Vipers right at hand just in case?! 🤣
Loved the Tomi cameo, too. LOL. The whole piece was really well done.
Casper, just... WOW. And for him to pull off subharmonics?! Holy chit. That's some serious vocal flex! :)

Hey, Peter! The whole Bass Gang should collab with Casper! That would be very cool! Also, if Marwan or Casper is reading this, I have a question for both of you dudes: Why tf are y'all so talented?! And how do you both have such huge ranges?!
Oops. . . that was two questions! Idc. You dudes were amazing in this and I can't get over your guys' many talents! Keep cranking it out, my dudes!

Marwan getting the pit vipers is expected cause he’s just that good but Casper getting them - hell yeah!
Loved seeing your reaction and hearing your analysis on this masterpiece from Marwan and Casper. Marwan’s arrangements always have something interesting going on and I seriously need the help deciphering what I hear. They did such an amazing job with this song. Looking forward to Marwan’s analysis in Patreon to hear from the man himself.

What a great analysis! The day is coming-and really soon-when those of us who just get joy out of hearing what comes out of you guys are going to be able to say we knew you before. I hope it’s all going great in Santa Fe and that it isn’t too hot!!

He is phenomenal. He is so rounded for being so young, ur right-a prodigy,so amazingly talented for his age.
I love that entrance it's so over pronounced that it's super sharp sounding.
Never seems to not amaze me when it comes to his range.
This is a really amazing song.
Thank u as always for the amazing reaction and analysis

Txs P for your true and wonderful reaction at the first 😎 moment; “where are my vipers, I need my vipers” and your eye reaction seeing Peter popping up on the screen. Your lessons are always interesting but you make them come alive with your personality. Best thing ever for a teacher and the students.

Remember - that E1 was the note Geoff hit in Oogie Boogie's Song that freaked everyone out. Back in 2019, an E1 was insane and unheard of, even for basses like Geoff. Now we've got Casper, a tenor, doing E1 subs and it's barely a big deal in terms of the song (albeit extremely impressive). Extended technique bass has improved so much over the past few years.

Awesome analysis for such a cool performance! One of Marwan’s best, and I can’t wait to see him grow even more. I always appreciate when you find all the different pitches, as it definitely puts everything into perspective for me. Tomi’s mini cameo cracked me up. 😂
So glad I get to witness their, as well as yours, Tomi’s, and Bobby’s, talent by being part of this community!! ❤️

Hey Peter. I have to admit that Marwan is a genius...and at such a young age. But another person I've been following (who also reacts to videos of Voice Play, Geoff Castellucci..etc) is a guy called C.Jay (who is also a Bass singer). Please check out his latest version of The Sound Of Silence.
Keep up the great work Peter and look forward to your next reaction video 😁.
    P.s
Any chance of The Bass Gang doing a colab with Geoff Castellucci, Avi Kaplin and Tim Foust. That would be the Ultimate Bass Gang 💯😁

Marwan, Marwan, Marwan....burnin' up the airwaves, son! Earthquake sensors going off, and vibrating me out of my chair! Not allowed....no, no, no.... my bones are old and liable to breakage from strong wind....(keep singing it, Peter and Marwan. Love you both.... don't know much about Caspar, but I'll learn.)

You guys are such an inspiration for me. I'm 17 and can hit C2s reliably in the mornings in full chest, though am looking forward to my voice lowering over time. Lowest note I've ever hit in my full chest is an Ab1.

The vocal guitar solo is a well-established thing now. I think the instance that really made it famous was Mitch Grassi in Bohemian Rhapsody, but you can also see e.g. Earl Elkins do it in Queen in 5 Minutes, and of course Van Canto does it all the stinking time, and in duet form. And now Marwan is doing it, and Casper...
