If they developed the reliability of that engine they will be just as competitive as they were at the start of the last season. The aerodynamic base is solid and they seem to have smoothed out some edges

On my way to dinner at Ristorante Montana, I saw a customer’s F1 car come out on the Fiorano track and turn a couple of laps. It’s wonderful that you can see the track from a public area.

Great launch. It looks stiffer in the suspension than last year but that could be due to tuning for thr short run. However that is not a bad thing as it may be more efficient hence quicker.
F1/FIA should introduce an additional on-track time allowance for launches only to encourage other teams to do the same! Not mandatory but if they offer it then most teams would take the chance to get even 3 extra laps in and it would be great for fans and F1 in general requirements: - has to be the new car (can't run last year's car in the new livery) - has to have publicly accessible live stream/live audiences
They’ve added paint to the end planes of both the front and rear wing. Compared to every other team trying to rush to remove paint to save weight, this suggests Ferrari are quite happily within the weight limit!
If you ever get the chance to visit Maranello, I can't recommend the factory tour enough with included bus ride around their circuit. Did it for my bday a few years back and have good memories. Also a good stay at the Ferrari Hotel if you're into that kinda thing.
