    I love ngoua faikakai but I make it with spinach just because that’s what available for me use. I know taro leafs are the original way of making it. I have never seen it made with taro leafs and this is great and thanks for sharing. Sending love ❤️

      Hi beautiful. Thank you for your comment. You will be happy to hear that as I compared the two Taro leaves and Spinach leaves, I found that they both taste the same. It was both very delicious and yummy when it was soaked in The LOLO.😋😋💞💞 Let me know if there’s something different I could’ve done with the Spinach Faikakai to change the game of its taste.       @@CeeceeSimpleCookEats I make pumpkin and banana poe the Tahitian faikakai but they don’t use lolo they just add sugar to the coconut milk mix it and pour it to the pumpkin mixture after like we do Tangans with the lolo. Now I’ll make ngoua this week you making me uakai😂Sending Ofa to you and your beautiful family.

    I am craving for some! My favorite Tongan desert. I haven't had any since I left Tonga 18 years ago. I'm going to definitely make some. There is no Lu I can find anywhere I am I'll use spinach. Thank you!

    I actually ran out of Lu one Christmas and all of the stores were sold out lol. I decided to I was going to mix the Lu with the spinnich and it was delicious!

    I always use spinach only spinach, Tapioca flour and water that's it because the lolo will contain coconut cream. Interesting!
