Food might be exciting, but the choice of ingredients looked lazy. Caviar made an appearance in three different dishes and two of them back to back. It's a cheap way to impress. Would have been disappointed to dine for $500 and see something like this.

My favorite restaurant in the world. But my menu had no prices, I told my husband "Don't ever tell me how much this cost." He hasn't to this day. There is even a little stool for your purse.

I notice they actually repeat the menu items, Persimmon for amuse (juice) and Persimmon as dessert to finish Thought they are not supposed to do that,,,, I only did under 30s - three stars places myself, still a lot of places to explore, but then again AD have been practice his "Naturalite" for years - once you have the three stars, you can break all the rules you want.
It will so much lovely to see all the foods while the waitress explained them. Pls don't try to make it "exclusive" by just shaking your cam, shoot between the foods and waitress over and over again. It's terribly annoying
I couldn’t help but notice how much bread, cheese, and other lower cost elements were slipped in that meal! Personally, I would prefer much less fuss , no food from a cart at all, a written menu i could take home, way fewer courses…
