The first time we had it, I made quesadillas with it - if you haven’t tried it this way, you must!!!! Absolutely to die for!!! Anyway I’ll definitely be trying this and what a timely post this is!! ❤🎉

Looks good! I like to use leftover roast in a meat pie. Pie crust w meat, small cubed potatoes and carrots. 2 jars of gravy. Top on pie with slits. 350’ 1hr.
A quicker and dirtier way to do this, no Bechemel.needed. Split the loaf. Mix a couple handfuls any preferred shredded cheese with enough mayonnaise to make it spreadable slurry. This is your sauce replacement. Spread it on the bread about 1/4 inch or thicker. Mix in or top it with whatever meat/veg topping desired and bake till hot thru. Melts beautifully. We like a Philly cheese steak type with leftover beef, pepper and onions with pepper jack... Leftover chicken, mozzerella, ranch season, bacon and green onion... Cheddar and chopped kielbasa... Mozzerella and your favorite pizza toppings. Ham chunks and pineapple tidbits...❤
I like the way those sandwiches look. It may even make me like Mississippi pot roast. Which I don't like because it's so salty. But, the bread, bechamel, and cheese would dull down.
