I love the ability to manually change with the DCT. Ian pretty sure DCT is where I’m gonna go when I order my new one for next year which most likely will be my last ever bike. Maybe by next year they will have twin discs on the front.
Yea it's pretty good actually, shift when you want and if not just switch to automatic. Maybe the'll have twin disc, but even with one the breaks are pretty good enough I think👍
I think they used a single disk for practical purposes (only one set of pads needed, only one rotor to replace if necessary), so I don't see them changing it. Like simi said, it is good enough as is.
Yea man it's a magic place! And yes half of it is mine, share it with my dad as a travel bike. He choose DCT one as it's more comfortable on longer trips, but I prefer shifting manual as you got more control of the bike. But it's sometimes really relaxing when you don't have to shift and can fully enjoy beautiful landscape like this!
@@seemerollin675 I see, nice to have a dad who also rides. I wanted to get a GS500 a few years ago when I watched your videos. When I got my license last summer I settled for a BMW F650 Funduro since most GS500s in my area were in quite a poor state with a lot of rust. My A2 license will become A license in a few months. Can't wait to not be a poor uni student anymore and have a job so I can buy a proper bike :D Although I like my Funduro a lot
@@daan1748 yea i guess that's where i got my passion from 😬 the F650 is a solid bike aswell, but i can understand you..after years i spent with the GS500 it was a pleasure to have something bigger :D But for learning how to ride they're both great bikes !

Thanks! The exhaust is the hurric pro 2 black. I don't recommend the Black Version though, cause it's loosing it's colour. But Sound is very good 👍
How is stock windshield , does protect you from wind to hit the helmet ?

Nope it's not for a2, it has about 55 hp, with a2 you're only allowed to drive max. 48hp 👍
Looks like heaven. Is the NC750X yours? If so, why did you consider a DCT? You prefer that over shifting manually?
