@ the 10:37 mark you put some grease in the sprocket carrier. Did you clean out the existing grease before adding the new grease in there? Is it ok to mix greases?

double check the balance mark opposite the tire stem , and rotation arrow before you inflate

Aren't you supposed to balance it by spinning it on an axle and putting weights ?

Should be alright. If you want to get technical about it just wipe off the old grease with a paper towel.
Only concern when removing I have is the scratches it's hard to not scratch it that way.

The tire is not mounted backwards.. look at 9:52 you can see clearly on the left side of the tire the rotation mark
The tread pattern is definitely wrong for a rear tyre, meaning he's more than likely mounted a front tyre onto the rear wheel.
