    1. 마늘을 다진다.
    Mince the garlic.
    2. 양파는 채썬다.
    Shred the onions.
    3. 파는 어슷하게 채썬 후, 찬물에 씻어 체에 밭친다.
    Slice green onions sideways, then rinse with cold water and drain thoroughly.
    4. 양념장을 만든다: 다진 마늘, 채썬 양파, 고추장(5T), 간장(1/2T), 고춧가루 1/2T, 설탕(4T), 후추가루, 참기름(2T), 생강청(1t)을 혼합한다.
    Make the sauce: In a bowl, add minced garlic, shredded onions, red pepper paste(5T), soy sauce(1/2T), red pepper powder(1/2T), sugar(4T), black pepper powder, sesame oil(2T), ginger preserves(1t), then mix together.
    5. 양념장에 1시간정도 돼지고기를 재운다.
    Marinate the pork in sauce for 1 hr.
    6. 팬에 기름을 두르고 양념한 것을 볶다가 콩나물을 넣고 더 볶는다.
    Put oil on the pan and pre-seasoned pork.
    Add bean sprouts and cook for a while.
    7. 완성접시에 담은 후 파채를 올려준다.
    Place in a dish, and top with shredded green onions.
