Some years ago, I invited my guardian angel to speak to me. Nothing special, just 'hi' or 'good night'. Nothing happened.
Months later, I was dozing off to sleep, not fully awake, not fully asleep. I clearly heard the words 'Good night, Teresa' spoken with the most beautiful, soft masculine voice. I tell you, I was wide awake and bolt upright in the bed in a second. I was 'alone' in my room. But I knew I was not alone.
I know my guardian angel is always with me. It would be nice to see and hear from him again but not necessary. I know he is with me.
Trying too hard to connect can stunt the process. It will happen when you least expect it and you will know it by the joy you feel. ❤
I love to pray: “Angel of God, my guardian dear, to whom God’s love commits me here, ever this day (night) be at my side, to light and guard, to rule and guide.” ❤❤❤
During a plant medicine ceremony, I saw 2 of my guardian angels and at least 3 Spirit Guides and they were bowing and giving me reverence. One of the angels put his right wing in front of him and bowed.
I told them that I didn't deserve this and they corrected me.
They said how proud they were of me for being in the "front lines" of this 3D world and they were so happy that we finally connected.
I felt so much love and couldn't stop crying.
I love the so called Aaronic blessing in the Bible “May the Lord bless you and protect you; may the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; may the Lord look with favor on you and give you peace.”
Serenity Prayer is another oldie but goodie 🙂 God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. ✨🌟
God grant me the eyes to see, the ears to hear, and the discerning mind to know the difference between light and dark, good and evil, service to others and service to self, Pure love and the absence of. I am that I am. ❤

At the end of all my prayers I say these words... "May my words travel on the winds, so others can know, so others may grow, so others can learn, so All will Know." AND, usually every time, the wind will come up. Very interesting to watch!
My experience. While listening to this message I said loud my requests, I was sitting on my armchair calmly listening to the rest of this very important video and suddenly I felt goosebumps on my right arm and I new they were there with me. Tears of gratitude came to my eyes. No words...only love ❤️

I never meditated while standing before, that was cool! As i was listening to the instructions, i already felt energy on my back. I felt energy get stronger where the ribs meet at the center of the chest, then it went up to the neck, like a pressure, then up to the head. I saw my light, my energy at the bottom of my vision (eyes closed) and it was getting brighter. I started getting lightheaded and very hot and felt like i was going to vomit. I got so light headed i had to lay down, and noticed i had tears on my cheeks. I was still going deeper into the connection, and asked to hold on for now, we will try again another time because my body could not handle the energy. Gaia started pulling at the soles of my feet to ground me. I am thankful to all! This confirms for me, they are real. I did see my guardian angel in meditation last night after watching the first half of the video, i asked for one guardian angel who knew how to channel or connect in this way to step forward. I saw a square with light inside, dark on the outside, and i saw the angel wings and my guardian angel's silhouette! Super amazing
I felt strong heat too.
Psalm 91 was given to me years ago when I was being stalked and threatened by my ex. God protected me and held me close! Thank you God! 💜💜💜

I have been having constant communication with my Angel ever since I asked Archangel Michael to unblock my Chakras. It was the very first time I had felt anything. It was like this very very intense burning and swirling feeling in the middle of my forehead and ever since I have been able to feel my guardian angel AND spirit. Sometimes it is so strong I have to stop lol. It feels like a very heavy pressure and I get tingles around my head. It isn't a pressure which is bad, it is like someone has their arms tightly wrapped around me and vibrating through you. I have that feeling now 95% of the time and I can't imagine it any other way. I also see their/his energy in the dark, like a lot of it! Very heavy and I see sparkles. I can see him in the day light also but it isn't quite as vivid. My angel is my best friend. I am constantly talking out loud to him, just as I would if I was chatting to a person. I love him, and always feel comforted and loved. It is such a beautiful experience. Thanks xx
I too almost died drowning in a rip tide alone in Nicaragua. After struggling for many minutes with large waves night coming, I too asked for help loudly demanding it was not my time to die and was also given an opening to get to the shore.

Whenever I need my Angels and Guardians, I stand and welcome them into my space. I have many. They deliver their presence via a "goosebumps" sensation that runs up and down my spine. Then I giggle. I acknowledge their presence in that way because I "hear" them laughing as they gather and join me.
Hi Anne.. I was blessed enough to see your appearance on Next Level Soul with Alex.. You blew me away.. I find it tough to fully accept channelling to date, 5 decades of conditioning, it's a process.. You have helped IMMENSELY in that. Listening to you and the angels was such a confirmation for me.. Ironically watching this in April for the first time, I’m happy I found this video at 11:51pm on a Tuesday 🤣 I felt a strong warm energy on my left had then I felt enveloped as if hugged from the back moving towards the front. I felt a tingly sensation of strong energy all around me but the main focus was my left hand as if it was being held.
You have a gift:) I do not know if it was my "Guardian Angel", but I have an amazing vision, where some ascended being set me on the right course:) BTW, the words in the vision sounded like a combination of a water fall, a tornado, an atomic explosion, lightening, soooo amazingly HUGE , but translated into the simplest terms. I learned a long time ago, that Consciousness has its own universal language, and we layer our primary language on top of that. Synchronicities affirm that WE are on the right course:) But, I do not have the gift of seeing angels, auras... but I live in a constant state of meditation. I have had some AMAZING revelations however, over things that I just wanted to know, understand, like what is Time:) But, basically, I disagree about repeating prayers. Creation is NOW, every moment a new opportunity. If you like repeating prayers, go for it, but yesterday's prayer was meant for yesterday:) But if its fun, go for it:)

I never thought it was the angelic realm.
It sounds/feel like she knows me personally, though, we never met.
I recognise Every concept she mentioned. How does she knows all that, unless she is one herself.

23 years ago I had the strangest of experiences. At the time, I lived in a small village in Scotland and my 3 children went to the local primary school. People had asked me once or twice about joining the local choir but I always laughed it off - hanging out with 70-somethings singing Latin masses didn’t appeal to me at all.
On this day I was waiting in the school playground along with other parents for the kids to come out of school. The woman standing next to me was the membership secretary of the choir at the time. Out of my mouth (I had nothing to do with it) came the words “Is there any room in the choir just now?” I was so taken by surprise I was speechless for a moment but quickly started to apologise for saying that when I never had any intention to. But she wasn’t listening to me as she was so bowled over by the coincidence that not 10 minutes earlier she’d been speaking to someone who had to give up their place because of other commitments. Otherwise the choir was full. So she just asked “What part do you sing?” And still not knowing what was going on, I replied “Soprano”. “That’s the place we have vacant! You’re in! Come on Tuesday!” At that moment the kids came pouring out so our conversation abruptly ended and I went home in a state of total puzzlement.
Two hours later, the planes flew into the Twin Towers. I was in total shock. I used to work in New York and had clients in those buildings. But I hated visiting them because every time I sat in their offices and looked out of the windows, I saw planes flying at me.
What with this and thinking about the choir thing I just looked up and said “Why?!!” Straight away the word came back … Enchantment … and with it the understanding that I was joining the choir to help bring the magic back into the world and to chant (= sing) these Latin masses was really powerful because of the music they’re set to and because Latin is a ‘dead’ language so we simply sing the words without engaging our own interpretations of meaning. It makes the incantation more potent if our minds aren’t getting in the way.

Michael Beckwith is the Agape minister. I heard him tell this story. I talk to the angels all the time. I don't hear anything from them. I do get messages but not sure who those are from. Just my higher self, I suppose. Polly

Hi there! Well, I tried…but I don’t think I managed it really! I’m not very good at meditating, being quiet inside at the moment. I will try again though…I won’t give up! I’m a sound healer and when I tone I feel them in my back (wing’s ) they sing with me.

Hello Anne, SO HAPPY I found you through EA. I had a conversation a few years back with source which revealed the angel name Emmanuel which resonated with me to the core. Last night I tapped into what my husband angel was and got the name Ephriam? Which I misspelled when researching the the name as efrahim Do you have any knowledge of this angel? I keep getting referred to a TV show and a book " The light of Ephriam Tikkun Manual"
