And being of light, my body is breaking down w this long term Covid. The inflammation… exhaustion. I’m trying. I do want to return home sooner rather than later. I’m so glad to know others have symptoms. I’ve had both shoulders replaced, 3 discs replaced in the lumbar ( surgery was performed in Germany 15 years ago ) and now at 60.. it’s the knees. Another great video Nicky! And so synchronous as yesterday I felt compelled (literally out of nowhere) to listen to didgeridoo music! And this is not something I do regularly believe me. Found out that the didgeridoo is an ancient and sacred instrument, hollowed out by termites and revered by the aborigines because of course the sound can get you into the alpha state very easily. I lit a candle and put the earphones in for a 5 minute meditation and came to over an hour later! Couldn’t believe how much time had passed- but what a beautiful journey it was. So that’s one I would recommend - didgeridoo music -give it a try ❤

In the States many have smart home systems thru Alexa and others. AI manages house temperature, lights, locks, music, TV, washer & dryers, refrigerator, range, shopping, order delivery fast food, camera surveillance inside and out, appointment and schedule reminders. It is also all on the phone. Scary.

Thank you so much for this. You've kept me company while I've been working. I found it funny that you mentioned you suddenly need yellow stuff around you, as I've suddenly been wanting orange, green and blue everything and also anything old. I want to be using china, proper glasses, vases of flowers I've grown myself, all the things that my nanna used to "save for best" I want out and to be using daily. I used to love neutrals for decorating, now I want reds, purples and orange. I want to declutter the entire house, and if finances would allow it I would donate everything and start again from scratch. Even my eating habits have changed and I'm back doing more old fashioned meals, more soup with vegetables and almost no processed stuff. I've also stopped watching TV, and mainly just watch wholesome content on here while I work. If it wasn't for my dog needing a TV to play calming music on when I'm not here that would have gone by now as well. The more spiritual I'm getting, the simpler life I want to have. Also the grounding daily by being out in nature - I've decided to start clearing up my local neighbourhood of rubbish, weeds and general mess which I'm starting in the alleyway behind my house. I know the bees etc need the weeds, but the weeds are currently providing hiding places for rats and trapping rubbish, so I've also planted LOADS of flowers in my garden so they can still feed. Once the alleyway is finished, I'll move on to the front of the houses, once I'm on top of our road, I'll move around to doing the road side of other local roads. Its helping to keep me active since I can't exercise, I do it first thing after my painkillers have kicked in (if I left it until later in the day I'm in too much pain even with painkillers - you've got to love fibro!), and it's making me feel peaceful. My son however thinks I'm loosing the plot, which I guess I am in a way. I'm no longer interested in consumerism, I'm questioning everything that is said in the press, I'm listening to my intuition more, and that seems to go against everything society on the whole pressures you into doing. He doesn't seem to understand just yet, but I think he will do soon.
I'm experiencing some similar changes, and feeling much the better for it. Losing the plot is the best thing that could've happened - now I can be entirely my own self, and I'm discovering the wonder of what that is! Sounds like you're doing the same. Good on you! Thanks for sharing❤

Gosh whenever I watch you I get more inspiration. The sound item reminded me that I have a set of wind chimes which I bought in1997 and never used. I bought them for £40 which was expensive at the time. I used to walk past a house where the gentleman made them pitched at certain levels. He used to hang them in his garden to test them and I became obsessed by this one set and bought it. Then following my divorce I moved to a small terraced house and didn't want to annoy the neighbours but today they are going outside. Thank you.

I’m so glad to know others have symptoms. I’ve had both shoulders replaced, 3 discs replaced in the lumbar ( surgery was performed in Germany 15 years ago ) and now at 60.. it’s the knees. I only take Motrin. And no other meds . I even stopped all the SSRI’s. Thank you for all you do and are. I miss my beautiful son.. he passed 5 1/2 years ago. I’ve mentioned that. He took his own life. I get it, but because of you and others… I call him down and we laugh and he talks to me in my head. Just babbling on.

There is a popular psychic on TH-cam who has often claimed that Angels do not have wings. I absolutely disagree as Ive seen one myself, he had beautiful white wings rising up from behind his shoulders reaching down to just above the floor. Nicky, what a synchronicity, I just happened to sit by the woodfire and a news channel here in Australia was showing an African town where a natural disaster hit, it looked like a landslide, and now over 5,000 people are homeless with no resources to build or source materials and they have no blankets to keep warm. The solfeggio frequencies are the notes that are classically used in religious music and healing sound. The easiest way to understand them is the 'do ray me' scale. Another great video Nicky! And so synchronous as yesterday I felt compelled (literally out of nowhere) to listen to didgeridoo music! And this is not something I do regularly believe me. Found out that the didgeridoo is an ancient and sacred instrument, hollowed out by termites and revered by the aborigines because of course the sound can get you into the alpha state very easily. I lit a candle and put the earphones in for a 5 minute meditation and came to over an hour later! Couldn’t believe how much time had passed- but what a beautiful journey it was. So that’s one I would recommend - didgeridoo music -give it a try ❤

AI manages house temperature, lights, locks, music, TV, washer & dryers, refrigerator, range, shopping, order delivery fast food, camera surveillance inside and out, appointment and schedule reminders. I found it funny that you mentioned you suddenly need yellow stuff around you, as I've suddenly been wanting orange, green and blue everything and also anything old. I want to be using china, proper glasses, vases of flowers I've grown myself, all the things that my nanna used to "save for best" I want out and to be using daily. I used to love neutrals for decorating, now I want reds, purples and orange. I want to declutter the entire house, and if finances would allow it I would donate everything and start again from scratch. Even my eating habits have changed and I'm back doing more old fashioned meals, more soup with vegetables and almost no processed stuff. I've also stopped watching TV, and mainly just watch wholesome content on here while I work. If it wasn't for my dog needing a TV to play calming music on when I'm not here that would have gone by now as well. The more spiritual I'm getting, the simpler life I want to have.
Also the grounding daily by being out in nature - I've decided to start clearing up my local neighbourhood of rubbish, weeds and general mess which I'm starting in the alleyway behind my house. I know the bees etc need the weeds, but the weeds are currently providing hiding places for rats and trapping rubbish, so I've also planted LOADS of flowers in my garden so they can still feed. Once the alleyway is finished, I'll move on to the front of the houses, once I'm on top of our road, I'll move around to doing the road side of other local roads. Its helping to keep me active since I can't exercise, I do it first thing after my painkillers have kicked in (if I left it until later in the day I'm in too much pain even with painkillers - you've got to love fibro!), and it's making me feel peaceful.
My son however thinks I'm loosing the plot, which I guess I am in a way. I'm no longer interested in consumerism, I'm questioning everything that is said in the press, I'm listening to my intuition more, and that seems to go against everything society on the whole pressures you into doing. He doesn't seem to understand just yet, but I think he will do soon.
I'm experiencing some similar changes, and feeling much the better for it. Losing the plot is the best thing that could've happened - now I can be entirely my own self, and I'm discovering the wonder of what that is! Sounds like you're doing the same. Good on you!

Gosh whenever I watch you I get more inspiration. The sound item reminded me that I have a set of wind chimes which I bought in1997 and never used. I bought them for £40 which was expensive at the time. I used to walk past a house where the gentleman made them pitched at certain levels. He used to hang them in his garden to test them and I became obsessed by this one set and bought it. Then following my divorce I moved to a small terraced house and didn't want to annoy the neighbours but today they are going outside. Thank you.
