    Recipe
    Fermentables:
    1.5kg - Viking Pilsner Malt
    1.5kg - Maris Otter (I think...)
    0.3kg - Dextrose / Corn Sugar
    Hops
    5g - Magnum (14%)
    Water
    RO
    1.5g calcium chloride
    Yeast
    2pkg S-189 (Or 1 pkg into 2L starter)
    Other:
Irish moss for clarity during the boil, and I actually didn't use gelatin for this beer, that bad boy cleared out on its own.

I'm not very good at growing them, this one was very fragile. Cheers!

Wow that stash has a mind of its own! Doesn’t like beer in cans but loves it in the glass!

Sure does! For the most part, it just retracts when it gets cold. Cheers!

For sure! I only wish this keg wasn't already gone. Weird how the easy drinkers disappear quickly. Cheers!

I was surprised how well it turned out. I said in the vid that it was gelatin, but then remembered after that it wasn't one I used it on. I think forgetting it in the fridge cold crashing really helped. Cheers!

The funny thing is that after the fact I realized I didn't actually use it. I cold crashed it in the fridge and didn't end up kegging for another week or so. The can were stored fairly cold as well so that may have helped. Cheers!

I was going with the BJCP classes of beer. The Canadian Light Lager is equivalent to a double IPA. Cheers!
