The many replays and slow-mo of Sir Pentious was SO REAL.
Favorite things i noticed watching again:
1. Watch the news scroll every time the anchor is talking.
2. Valentino's face when Nifty gets Adam. He's remembering her grabbing a tuft from his coat and realizing how close to death he was.
3. I think that Adam's mask glitching was what let Lucifer know the agreement with heaven was broken. Episode 1 Lute said that Lucifer bargained that no hell-born be harmed. When Adam is choking Charlie, his mask glitched and suddenly Lucifer's fist is in his jaw.

Another thing that probs lead to Lucifer coming over was the death of Dazzle becoming the sacrificial lamb from “Hell’s Greatest Dad” in the main fight too.

Another small detail I noticed was when pen is shooting his shoot with Cherry. Vaggie walks up to who Charlie is super happy for him in the background. So many hidden details in this show its amazing definitely a show to rewatch. I can't wait for season 2 to come out!

As far as i know, Lucifer made a pact with Heaven , for the Hellborn not to engage into a fight between a Demon and a Exorcist if there should be one.
Which is the reason why Lucifer came a lil late to the Party. Adam broke the pact by attacking Charlie directly after Sir Pentous died (hope i spelled it right, RIP buddy..).

idk if someone’s already mentioned this, but supposedly, vox had feelings for alastor (vox is canonically bisexual). in stayed gone, alastor says “he asked me to join his team”, which wasnt jus talkin bout alastor joining the vees, but also being in a relationship with vox. alastor being aroace didnt realize what vox was talking about, so he declined, which sorta explains vox’s weird ass hatred for alastor 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️

Still doesn't matter. 7 years beforehand he lost to Vox and disappeared, so if he's weaker than the Vees before the deal, he's far weaker if the deal supposedly "nerfs" him.

Also, the deal couldn't have been made with Lucifer because he had no idea who Alastor was when he met him.

You didn’t know alastor was talking normal when he as talk to husker and In the overlord meeting.
Remember in Episode 1.
Lute stated that Charlie and other hellborn were given a pardon from an exorcist blade.
Razzle (or Dazzle can't remember which) was killed. Charlie also was hurt and was threatened to be killed.
Adam broke the law so the King of Hell is there to judge the transgressor.

So, something small I've noticed-
Adam commands the Exorcists. And he finds favorites he names and seems to hold affection for. ENough to notice Vaggie RIGHT AWAY in spite of everything different about her and time.
And, when Lute comes to him as he's dying and rolls him over, and he KNOWS it is over - he smiles at her.
Almost like he's happy to see her alive, and knows she'll leave now.
I like that - in a show about humanizing even wretches, OF COURSE Adam gets a couple quiet indications of his own humanity subtly added in.
Im wondering if Alastor is gonna pull a Makima and turn on his friends the second he gets the opportunity to “unclip his wings”. Depending on weather or not they would get in the way of his end goal (whatever it might be) I think there could be a conflicting moment in the future season(s) where Alastor is forced to pick between his friends and resuming his goals since as we saw with the scene with Alastor and Nifty on the balcony, he clearly has built a sort of attachment to the Hazbin Hotel crew and isn’t helping completely for person gain (at least now) if it wasn’t already obvious with the mystery deal he’s made with Charlie.

He said "f*** you" to lucifer when he met him. He curses when he's uncomfortable and bothered so the only times he curses are, when Adam destroyed his weapon, seeing how he isn't powerful enough for the fight. And lucifer, where from the beginning he knew he was far weaker and was uneasy

Some stories of Lilith have her cursed with the inability to have children, with all of hers being either born dead or dying shortly after being born. It could be Charlie isn't their first child, just the first one to survive.

I think they likely are taking the casting very seriously and also contemplating the star they could get. Like do you get someone who is Jeremy Jordan's contemporary or do you get an older woman because Lilith didn't die necessarily when she was cast down, but she must have sometime after Charlie was born. Or maybe not. And so you go with the theory that she could very well be from the same toxic mode that created Adam. And also, to me, she seemed to create the wedge between Charlie and Lucifer. And I have gone back and forth on whether she is on the other end of deal with Alastor. I was distracted for a week about his wings comment because a popular myth story is that Lucifer was merely the more outspoken about the rebellion and Michael was the one who encouraged him and then betrayed him and was the one to cast him down. But also that he may have paternal feelings toward his niece. But the other side of that deal is God and while he is a character in this universe he is kind of a lone figure.

my theory okay my theory is that alastor made a deal with eve which is unknown but in my theory eve probably tricked him and then the reason lilith is in heaven is because hell is not safe because eve is there why eve is in hell you might ask its because she was the first to disobey god and lilith made a deal with adam which in my theory is that she does adam's job for him because he is a lazy jack*ss and seven years ago that is what unfolded but that's just my theory
Eve has to be ROO, the root of all evil, in this show. Roo is depicted as a freakish woman bound to a tree, writhing with tentacles and symbols that look very familiar to Alastor's magic; by the creator of the show. we get a glimpse painted on the base of heaven clock tower in the pilot, of all things. Alaster was supposedly ultra powerful the moment he manifested, as the basis of all evil was always their, waiting, watching him. Lillith has something to do with his disappearance 7 years ago, maybe she saved his life and is now forcing him to help Charlie, but is not the source of his power. We might see in season 2. Alastor is not to be trusted.

Alastor is so desperate for any deal with Charlie, yet he is acting like a sociopath the whole show. the only reason he helps them is to 'break free' and 'unclip his wings'. he wants out and actually has a mini mental breakdown about it.
He needs leverage or blackmail from one of the strongest beings in hell over Lillith, and since he is scared of Lucifer, charlie is the next best thing, and so easy to manipulate.

Alastor maybe either needs to help charlie to get a good deal from Lillith, is trying to use charlie to break him out of his shackles and/or use her as blackmail against Lillith, etc, etc. Whatever happens he is still up to no good and has the worst intentions for Charlie in mind.
there is a small theory going around that "double dead" demons might actually be feeding Eve/roo, and the yearly purge extermination was part of that, unintentionally, maybe. a rumor spread in heaven that Hell wants to up-rise. Anyway, what better servant of ultimate evil than a freak serial killer like Alastor. The show can still go in any direction at this point, and its clear we still don't know what deal Al wants to break, and that's what is fun about such a compelling villain.
-Does he actually care about charlie, her friends and the hotel? i'm betting no!
-Does he want to break out of Lillith's deal or Eve's deal? not enough info.
-Will he be always a bad person, or will he be redeemed? I don't know, it sounds like a tall ask. Depends on the answer of that last question.
-What is Alastor's ultimate goal? So far he seams utterly evil and sociopathic, and has tricked half the fanbase that he is a bumbling idiot with a funny 4th wall breaking anger issue, while he is actually playing 4D chess with the cast's emotions.
i haven't been THIS invested in a TV show in a long while. its awesome.
