Doran joined T1, tripled his instagram follower count. Made a first live stream and peaked like 70k viewers. Earned 4k USD in donations. I really really think, playing in T1 is like wonderous for a player's brand. Doran got so much exposure and I'm so happy for it, even I as someone who used to follow league only know of Doran as a solid top laner who ints in internationals. But now with more people being aware of him there is so much more about him in the community.
Im really happy for him. Hope the fanbase wont turn on him if things turn sideways. He seems like a nice guy. Hopefully T1 unlocks his potential and he plays well with the team. This is his chance to prove himself.

Zeus leaving is his choice and I think most fans would be able to accept it. But if he and his agent strung T1 along then it's just disrespectful and unprofessional.
My problem is t1 knew he expressed interest to leave a year earlier after worlds' win. That's t1 being willfully ignorant if they didn't explore why or have backup. There's probably something going on internally at t1 that fans don't know.
@@ronlanders7354 if we take into account what T1 and same agent said no he iddnt want to leave last year, Zeus contacted Kkoma directly about it, but this time i think yes he wanted to leave for sure.
I could believe the agency statment if other players in T1 had problems signing a contract with T1, but this is not the case. The coaches also remained + Mata (both multi-year contracts). A lot of contradicting statments from the agency that do not match with their previous words. And given their history with other players (like Nuguri) and subsequent problems, I doubt their intentions and truthfulness of their words. Their statment doesn't make sense (make the priority org (which is T1 by their own words) wait until FA and then follow the other team's deadline)??? They emphasize wanting to help Zeus rejoin T1 because he wanted to but then they say that they did NOTHING to actually make that happen by never negotiating and denying offers of T1!??? The answer from HLE makes you question them as well. Because in the end, the ones who benefited the most in this situation- HLE and the agent, while the ones who didn't- Zeus and T1. Finding out about this deadline is CRUCIAL in understanding who is lying. It makes you think that there is a possibility of them working together where both of them can win. So their silence is a double-edged sword.
T1 are literally canceling merch i bought because they dont know if they still own the IP of T1 Zeus its literally a clusterfuck setback for T1 so many refunds are going to roll out its insane whoever made this whole ordeal literally lost T1 milions on milions and not krw butu USD
i saw on the agencies' response that they delivered a counteroffer at 15:20 (3:20PM) and then they ended negotiations by 15:30 (3:30PM). look at the time difference with their negotiations. 10 minutes. they gave T1 10 minutes to negotiate LMAO.
in the naver article that came out on the 20th the agent himself said "We never made counteroffers during the negotiations," the agent clarified. "The initial offer from T1 was, in our view, unacceptable. While the final offer was slightly higher than the previous year’s salary, we had consistently informed T1 that we intended to test the market rather than engage in further talks. We set 3 PM as the final deadline and waited for T1’s response until 3:40 PM. Although the financial terms aligned to some degree, the difference in contract length was significant.". But now on their response statement they say they did make counteroffers. What is even happening anymore why do they keep changing their own story?
I think T1's initial offer was low, but said they were ready to match whatever the other party offers. As a business student thats standard until you know the other party's offer. But as Joe Marsh said, they never received any counteroffer from the agent. In a business practice thats basically Zeus agency saying T1 is not part of the discussion at all.
@@CosmicGenesysThe agent's the one that declared "T1's offer is low" when in truth, "it didn't satisfy them" and tested to see if they could possibly get a higher bid by using HLE as leverage to make T1 overbid blindly. T1 called the bluff and just signed Doran after getting confirmation that Zeus signed with HLE along with a public announcement. That move also dropped Zeus' stock rather sharply as well.
The difference in contract was significant says the agent, yet we know Zeus singed a 1+1 with HLE the same as T1 offered initially and were also willing to sign for a longer period, which we can see from the contracts of Keria and Oner. Either way, the behaviour of the agent and Zeus to a degree is reprehensible.
@@hahayessir400Zeus is under a 1+1 with HLE, so no, you are not correct. The difference between the two contracts is around 300-400K usd which sounds like a lot, but is not. Especially considering ZOFGK brand deal and other merch/commercial deals

The one true king of this interaction is Doran, he will have the hardest role possible and my bro still accept the T1 position, cheer for Doran guys, he deserves it !
apparently, when T1 came to meet him immediately after their feud with Zeus' agency on the same day, Doran's answer was immediate YES even before any attempt to negotiate lol. T1 is very thankful of Doran as if he made things more difficult, it was T1 who would suffer.
Knowing what often happened in Kpop world regarding agency, im not surprise, some agents fckd people career for more money, but what should we focused here is Doran, dude got massive balls accepting T1 offer knowing he gonna get compared to arguably the best top laner right now and T1 fans sometimes being borderline insane, so props to him, wish him success, he deserves it.
Well it's more of sports agency not Kpop. Kpop artists don't necessarily hire agents more contract negotiations as we see in sports since there are no 'league' or conferences of Kpop idols dictating the negotiation rules lol.
At this point, I just hope T1 can remain strong and every player can show their full potential. Doran will be under so much pressure, wish him all the best and cordial welcome ❤
Zeus leaving isn't much of a fuss (heck, T1 themselves knew he was risky to keep because he's been eyeing the market since 2022), it's how he left that got people annoyed. If he was transparent and direct about leaving they'd most likely let him go, albeit reluctantly since that's the player's interest and they don't have any influence for that, but he left in a way that can be negatively viewed (not helped about how they kept T1 stringing along to leverage a better deal with HLE).
Unfortunately, Zeus and his agent are going to learn one of harshest realities for former T1 players: regardless of how good you were, your value diminishes considerably after leaving. Faker can create other legends provided that you stay next to him. But just like Azir’s sand soldiers, if he moves too far away, they crumble into dust

Zeus lost my respect, it‘s as simple as that ! There are mobiles and he contacted T1 last year to avoid being shuffled off to China. T1 helped him with his agent and he cannot tell them the year after his true intentions after 5 years. Yeah, even if he felt bad about his plans it‘s a total lack of respect to treat T1 and his roster like that. Farewell and just get treated to real life.
This might not be bad. Doran, at his best, beats kiin and zeus many times. Now that he is in T1, known for their mental and physical care, would be something to look forward to. Sad zeus chose this agent, but it is what it is. This is nuguri's agrnt as well. Btw who sent him to china
I don’t think anyone doubts Doran’s ability domestically, but Zeus is a worlds final mvp, so massive gap there considering how much more exposure worlds gives to teams over winning domestic titles.
@@takumifujiwara300 only thing he needs to fix is handling the pressure well where zues is good at. If he's able to overcome his international tournament dilemmas he'll be more montsrous than zeus ever had been
At this point is just Zeus wanting to leave and the agent using T1 to get best value for him. I dont think T1 as an org would make some issue with player like zeus, the org has countless times helped many players in past selflessly like teddy, reckless etc.
Hope that the case, issue could be that t1 could see zeus and the agent trying to screw them over hard, cause it not only a good player leaving, is that the amount of sponser and income they had coming from the brand deal of zofgk, cause they lost millions alone from that. And they seem to had a verbal agreement with zeus, so that could leave a sour taste in t1 mouth. And I honestly don’t blame them
Those players T1 gladly sent off on good terms. This is not the same at all, in being selfless as you say. T1 takes a big hit in multiple areas of business. Securing Zeus vs keeping Teddy is really not comparable. Hence this difference in reaction/statements from T1. Ironic how Joe acts disrespected, I'd like to know what Zeus really thinks... He would stay if he wanted to, or had incentives. Remember this season we saw faker banging head, losing to GenG perma- T1 was 1 map loss away from not even going to worlds. I'm sure it was a stressful year for Zeus and being on T1 is more work, worse team and worse offer idk seems like obvious choice.
@@hitlast1 the more work is 100% reasonable, but I wouldn’t call t1 a much worst or at all compare to hle, they did better in spring the hle, better at worlds too. And that 2/3 of the year, t1 always seem to clutch it when it matter. And the offer wasn’t even worst. At best hle offer 300-400k more which when on t1 with the sponser, steam, and percentage of merch, it easily can cover that 400k. Hle didn’t even bid 4b won
@ those player were helped and later placed in good hands from start to finish (teddy and reckless), as far as zeus is concerned even before this year in the AMA it was mentioned that agent asked him to sign for a Chinese team to get big bag to which zeus communicated with T1 coaches and stayed. And yes that roster is deemed as the greatest roster of all time so not at all worse team, pressure is high because of fans expectations which is correct because fans worship T1 in Korea and if you cant handle it you are better off the team. Faker is Faker because he stuck with T1 and thrived on pressure. :)
@@amiteshpatil5672 yes 100% agree, t1 was better in spring because they went further then HLE, and made it to msi, while HLE didn’t even make it. You can say t1 wasn’t the best team in the world this year, which I understand since they peak mega hard during worlds only and not domestic, but saying t1 is worst the HLE the whole year legit counter that statement

I think it’s kind of insane for the agent to make a move like this. Your marketability as a T1 player and the financial opportunities that exist outside the T1 contract ALONE should really play a huge part in the considerations. You automatically become one of the highest profile players in Esports by association alone. That kind of exposure does not come easily. The possibilities in that regard is very likely to be unmatched.
It's not when you realise how agencies work. Agencies get a cut of the player's salary, you know what they don't get? The profits that come from merchandise, sponsors, stream donations, etc. those profits are given to the player, not the agency. Hence by choosing the contract with the highest pay, which would be HLE, the agency gets the biggest cut out of Zeus. It benefits not Zeus but solely themselves. To add on to this, if Zeus does well in HLE, his contract pay will only increase further since other teams are more likely to fight for him now that he isn't branded as a T1 exclusive player anymore. It's simply the most profitable move for the agency even if Zeus' reputation or potential individual profit is harmed.
@@aladin7736thats where you are wrong. Marketability and fame = merch sales, and sponsor deal ect. I dare you to tell me no professionals care about money. @@aleksandrabodzon9530 I don't think so, to give no concrete statement leaves room for speculations and badmouthing. And moral should always stand above everything else, defending immoral practices makes you a part of the problem. They could just have written: "We only gave an offer, we as HLE have no information basing either side of the conflict. Neither did we intendedly influence or support the interaction/communication between T1 and Zeus agent." BUT they didn't write this. Because it would be a lie? And there would be evidence to disprove if they said so?! Idk, definitely leaves room for speculation.
All of this Zeus' agency vs T1 shenanigans are just a bunch of he says she says right now. Someone's definitely lying and I'd be surprised if one of them doesn't sue the other. All i know right now is i will be a certified Doran lawyer next year. I've learned enough in a couple of days to know that this guy deserves all the support.
Tbh I doubt T1 lying the brand of ZOFGK was bringing them a lot of money, they had insane amount of merch with this brand,it just will cost them more money to re brand and cancel all this merch then giving Zeus any amount he wanted, I guess they just didn't get any chance to make deal + the agency was really holding them on string to get better deal from HLE
Will there be an update video? Zeus's agency has responded with their own information *Another Update: Joe Marsh and T1 still stand behind his statements in the AMA after Zeus's Agency released their own information.
worlds is not the only thing that matters but it matters way more than all the others combined. no team would rather win everything else but lose worlds while all teams would rather lose everything and win worlds.
Just six minutes in, but it feels like Zeus wants to be the face of a franchise - something that's impossible with Faker still on T1. Also, top-tier reporting on this!
That's basically what T1 is trying to do though? Making the ZOFGK branding with Faker as the centerpiece. All their marketing point towards that. Even when Faker retires later on, they still have the ZOGK branding that they committed on.
I think this is honestly the core of why he wanted to leave. Faker isn't going to play forever, and likely not much longer, and Zeus probably wanted to make his name somewhere else to prove that he didn't "win because Faker." It's going to be a LOT of pressure to succeed. HLE has a legit super team, and anything short of a World Championship will be considered a failure. If by some miracle T1 win again, but with Doran at top, it's REALLY going to taint Zeus' legacy. I hope he shows up. It was scummy the way his exit was handled, and T1 wouldn't want Doran as their first choice, but he's a solid roleplayer so I think they'll be ok. Who knows, maybe there will be a new rivalry between the remaining members of T1 and Zeus.
I think not. I think Zeus doesn't really want the attention and sponsor obligations. Unlike Guma, Keria, Oner you really can see it in their channel they really really want that spotlight.
but he is leaving T1 to go to HLE which already has Viper on his third year contract. To me Viper is the face of HLE. Zeus should have gone to KT or something and win them worlds. Then he will be the face for sure.
So one thing i am curious on after reading the AMA is, when T1 asked HLE if the agent was telling the truth about Zeus signing up with them at 3:40pm, HLE said it wasn't true, so does that mean T1 signed Doran while Zeus was still a free agent? By signing Doran, before Zeus had even gone to HLE, wouldn't T1 have unintentionally lowed Zeus and his agents bargaining power when it came to their negotiations with HLE? I wonder if because of all of this Zeus ended up getting a worse contract and if HLE is really glad this all happened, since they got Zeus at a much better value.
T1 immediately got in contact with Doran's agency after learning Zeus agreed to HLE's offer. They had to get a decent toplaner NO MATTER WHAT while also fed up with Zeus' agent leading them around like a puppet, so they get Doran (that immediately signed) and announce it publicy, and the side-effect is Zeus' stock dropping because while he agreed to HLE's offer it wasn't official right away unlike Doran's signing.
according to namuwiki (take this with a grain of salt because namuwiki is just korean wikifandom), zeus signed to HLE on the 20th and not on the 19th. that would heavily contradict zeus' agency telling T1 on the 19th that zeus has already signed to another org which was HLE. T1 then rushed to sign Doran who was rumoured to be going to the LPL if he didn't find an LCK team. luckily, Doran was still a free agent and negotiated quickly with T1. If zeus' agency lied to T1 just to bluff and make T1 give a hail mary offer last minute, then they ultimately shot themselves on the foot. and i wouldnt be suprised if zeus probably got a lower salary than what was initially offered in his 1+1 cause HLE is his only option left unless he wants to go to the LPL.
@@New-ho9gp i agree with you. after seeing all the facts presented it's probably what actually happened. The only thing that interests me now is how "knowledgeable" Zeus was. (1. considering the previous history of this agency and agent with both Zeus and other players, 2. the way other players talk about signing the contracts and how they don’t know much about what’s going on and how much they rely on their agents or/and parents and what they say to sign the final contract). Considering the words from both sides, the agent for some reason strongly avoided meeting T1 in person and didn't want T1 to meet with Zeus... and that makes you think WHY. He either outplayed himself, or agreed in advance with HLE for his own benefit (probably very good $$). Because in the end the only ones who gained a lot in this situation were HLE and the agent, and the only ones who lost a lot were T1 and Zeus. And this is VERY important, given all the information. I think: given all the information we have it was probably tampering. The same as the HLE previous cases. They used the excuse of market evaluation to complete the FA contract strangely quickly. Everyone knew that there is secret tampering, but since there is no evidence, it cannot be made into a big deal.
You’re also wrong. It makes no sense to not have T1 issue a counter offer. Having T1 make a counter offer is just going to potentially make HLE offer more if they really wanted him. It’s negotiation 101… Nothing about the agent’s actions smells right…
Gotta agree, I think it really looks like Zeus kind of wanted to leave anyway. There's so much here he could have blocked if he really wanted to. Anyway, excited to see what he does with this already good HLE roster!
Imo, they should make something similar in football as the player can sign a pre contract on the last six months of the deal, riot should allow pkayer to sing a contract at least one month before it expires, in football deadline day is the most chaotic, in league of legends the first day of the windown in korea u already have the ten teams signed, its insane.
No way they have royalties for merch in contract if they did they definitely would have revealed that hand as showing that as money the agent gets a cut of, therefore agent not doing fiduciary duty for client QED
I said this is a Caedrel video but I pretty much had the opinion when the initial reports came out that this was a Zeus call and not the agent and If This is true then it only really confirms it. I feel like the agent should’ve done things a bit better but I guess Zeus was just adamant on not returning to T1. The T1 reaction of literally erasing Zeus from their branding makes way more sense now when you put into perspective that Zeus was basically “negotiating” in bad faith.
you are wrong is not that they erased Zeus because they mad, is because they had to the moment the player signs elsewhere his name and brand belongs to the new team.
Yamato, what is better for the player considering the state of LoL esports? A one year contract or a three year contract? I feel like three years, guaranteed money, is much better, no? I’m confused why Zeus would want to take a financial risk like this tbh.
for 1+1, if u do well 1st year, next year u can negotiate to increase the pay and benefits, but if u stumble, u will likely get less pay on +1 if u wanna stay… if u sign 3+1… if u choke 2 years, u still gonna get the same pay in ur 3rd, and if u perform well in ur 3rd… u can negotiate for higher pay on +1 zeus ultimately signed a 1+1, his pay is already big, if he performs well his +1 might even be higher if hle wants him to stay…even if he performs poorly, he wont be tied down by a 3 years and can just move on…. hes already 2 times world champion… his value will always stay up there for the next 4 years or until theres some other fresh blood toplaner arrives, currently theres none… top 3 toplaner and everyone else… pretty much
The 4B Won/2.85m USD statement is interesting because now we know Zeus's contract is lower than that amount substantially because it was phrased in a way where it's too high of a price to pay. So likely Zeus contract with HLE is 2-3B Won/1.5-2.1m USD. Which honestly isn't that insane when considering He's the best Top laner in Korea and *Sword Art* was earning 3m at TSM per year.
Because unlike him, the other three outside of Faker took salary cuts for their re-signing "just to keep Zeus interested". Hence why they're calling it "too pricey" because the other three players sacked better deals in the hopes that he'd also re-sign.
You have to factor in that after t1 signed with doran, zeus side lose all leverage and HLE can lowballed Zeus and only give him a minor salary increase at best. This is exceptionally bad for zeus since we all know that the exposure and non salary income of being in T1 is way higher than the rest. As t1 fans favorite saying go: the number on the contract is just a number.
Yamato make sense, but also didn’t zeus have a verbal agreement with t1 that he wanted to stay? Or am I tripping because I read from a lot of source saying that. Which counter yamato argument of Zeus wanted to leave all along, unless that was just him stringing along t1 for extra money, which he barly would have got since hle contract wasn’t even the 3/4b won. And if Zeus really did string t1 along and lie during that verbal, then t1 would 100% black list him because that just feel like a crazy thing to do to the company that raise u since 2019
Can i ask about how these contracts works ? Isnt thr players word in the end of the day more powerful than what these "agents" say ? To me who lack any knowledge about this area the situation look like Zeus was greedy hence left T1 or something like that but it doesnt make sense because he is so young and getting to play video games for a living
What I don’t want to see is Zeus winning worlds he can do well in everything else but him winning worlds would mean we get loads of brainless people who will claim Zeus carried all the other world wins with T1
Well Zeus was 2023 Worlds MVP and played like a madman that year in Worlds. I think Zeus has a chance to be considered the greatest Toplaner of all time something that was not possible as long as he was with T1. I'm glad he left. Faker is not gonna last forever in the pro scene and somebody has got to step up and carry the burden of being the face of league. When you are in T1 you will always be in the shadow of Faker.
Because only he gets a good (albeit underhanded) deal while the other three are willing to get their pays cut just to keep Zeus in the hopes he'd re-sign, hence calling it "too pricey".
It's a really tight balance to walk. For one, by setting a deadline but NOT setting a counteroffer, it seems like the agent was trying to get T1 to blindly bid a huge amount of money for zeus, which is just bad business. Then, T1 also has to maintain a good relationship with the other players; they all seem like close friends, but it never feels good to see the company you all work for bending over backward for only one of you (faker is faker so he doesn't count obviously).
LOL is not a 1 man show zeus leaving doesnt mean t1 roster will hurt a lot doran can play his role at a standard phase to help the team plays well whatever the reason of zeus leaving is his own choice respect it
nah personally Id be much happier if they talked to T1 and just said: I wanna leave and I wanna see my options. Truth and honesty are so much more respectable that acting shady, no hate to Zeus ofc he probably just wanted to leave in peace and his agent made this whole confusion... but like its so childish to run from resposibilities basically. Just tell them: my client doesnt want this, thank you for everything but we wont re-sign.
Worlds win skins especially if it’s T1 pay 10x more than any LCK Or MSI would. There’s a reason many older retired LCK pros like Ambition also criticized Zeus decision and said it’s best to stay in T1.
He couldn't go to KT (they were keeping PerfecT), his other plan was go to the LPL since no one seemed interested in picking him up....then one afternoon while he was taking a nap his agent called him, told him to take a bath and get to T1's office IMMEDIATELY as they were gonna offer him a contract. He did so and readily signed the offer with no hesitation.
Despite enjoying your content, your calm and logical reasonings usually, I have to say that I strongly disagree this time. It has been stated that Zeus went against the wishes of the agency a year prior in favour of staying with T1, so I doubt his thoughts was stuck on leaving T1 this contract period. Not to mention the personal statement he made also feels very conflicted, regretful. On top of that, I doubt that as a professional you would ever want to play/string along one of, if not the biggest team and brand worldwide purely for money, because if it ever becomes publicly known, we all know T1 will slam the door in your face, and with that both Zeus and the Agency would lose one of the biggest clients in the market space. And if for whatever reason Zeus or HLE would not perform, you'd have permanently burned the bridge with the highest profile team both in terms of competitive succes but also future proofing your brand.

Sure, you could say that he is protecting Zeus and his image as flat out saying it makes Zeus look bad but this is easily a significantly worse outcome. While Zeus still ultimately made the decision and has a hand in his decision to leave, something doesn’t smell right about this agent. T1 isn’t coming out saying all this shit if it isn’t remotely true. Lying just leads to a defamation lawsuit. I smell some sort of conspiracy to ruin T1….

I really really think, playing in T1 is like wonderous for a player's brand. Doran got so much exposure and I'm so happy for it, even I as someone who used to follow league only know of Doran as a solid top laner who ints in internationals. But now with more people being aware of him there is so much more about him in the community.
I'm glad Doran gets his chance to prove himself, with the help of the GOAT, goated coaches and super supportive teammates.

Set deadline 3:00 at 2:10🤣🤣
I think T1's initial offer was low, but said they were ready to match whatever the other party offers.

Yep, people need to stop thinking Zeus is unaware of everything.
Doran asked for 500 billion won but T1 offered 800 billion won. He won

Doran is up in the match up btw
41 wins to 31 in h2h vs Zeus

The possibilities in that regard is very likely to be unmatched.
not everyone cares about that. You are thinking as a fan, not a professional esport competitor.
@@aladin7736So having the most chance to win worlds is something you do not care as a professional eSports player?

Ah yes, the Neymar way. We all know what happened after.
but he is leaving T1 to go to HLE which already has Viper on his third year contract.
(1. considering the previous history of this agency and agent with both Zeus and other players,
2. the way other players talk about signing the contracts and how they don’t know much about what’s going on and how much they rely on their agents or/and parents and what they say to sign the final contract).
It’s negotiation 101… Nothing about the agent’s actions smells right…
Extending the olive branch 💖💖 I see you Yamato
Gotta agree, I think it really looks like Zeus kind of wanted to leave anyway. There's so much here he could have blocked if he really wanted to. Anyway, excited to see what he does with this already good HLE roster!
Imo, they should make something similar in football as the player can sign a pre contract on the last six months of the deal, riot should allow pkayer to sing a contract at least one month before it expires, in football deadline day is the most chaotic, in league of legends the first day of the windown in korea u already have the ten teams signed, its insane.
legends have it, t1 is still waiting for the counteroffer
I’m confused why Zeus would want to take a financial risk like this tbh.
for 1+1, if u do well 1st year, next year u can negotiate to increase the pay and benefits, but if u stumble, u will likely get less pay on +1 if u wanna stay…
if u sign 3+1… if u choke 2 years, u still gonna get the same pay in ur 3rd, and if u perform well in ur 3rd… u can negotiate for higher pay on +1
zeus ultimately signed a 1+1, his pay is already big, if he performs well his +1 might even be higher if hle wants him to stay…even if he performs poorly, he wont be tied down by a 3 years and can just move on…. hes already 2 times world champion… his value will always stay up there for the next 4 years or until theres some other fresh blood toplaner arrives, currently theres none… top 3 toplaner and everyone else… pretty much
The 4B Won/2.85m USD statement is interesting because now we know Zeus's contract is lower than that amount substantially because it was phrased in a way where it's too high of a price to pay.
And if Zeus really did string t1 along and lie during that verbal, then t1 would 100% black list him because that just feel like a crazy thing to do to the company that raise u since 2019
it kinda hard to make any POV because we're talking about Asian / Korea, if you aren't living there, impossible to understand. Different culture
if T1 could have matched everything then no doubt Zeus wanted to leave. I think Joe was too nice to Zeus knowing what had happened

I think Zeus has a chance to be considered the greatest Toplaner of all time something that was not possible as long as he was with T1. I'm glad he left.
I wonder if the agent got something on the side from HLE 😂

Truth and honesty are so much more respectable that acting shady, no hate to Zeus ofc he probably just wanted to leave in peace and his agent made this whole confusion... but like its so childish to run from resposibilities basically.

Doran always chokes on worlds.
T1 always performs at worlds.

The thumbnail is very misleading unfortunately. It’s not T1 vs Zeus but rather vs the Agent. Don’t let the thumbnail mislead you
I mean the Agent represents Zeus, so it's not really that misleading.
@@mexzyy yeah but it sounds like t1 are beefing with the player which is not the case. look up the AMA from Joe
Marsh
@@Ben-cu9cb The org will never go on publicly flaming the player. They didn't even do it with Canna. Ofc Joe won't be saying things about Zeus even if he believes them
10:16 and 14:28 you can clearly see that T1 is looking at big picture, they are trying to make sure that Zeus and His family does not get harrassed. They are doing what is right thing to do after everything is said and done now.
Is this the same agency that handles Scout too? Lolol
Same shady agent who fucked Nuguri and led him to retirement
Why is Yamato thirst trapping us?
Tbh Zeus looks so done with t1 even last summer, oner ask him to stay. I could be wrong because at the time I think same bout keria
Well according to actual ama, Zeus's agency wanted to send him to JDG but he personally contacted Kkoma that he wanted to stay in T1. So he clearly wanted to stay last season.
@ Zeus in one if interviews at the start of the year says that oner came to him and talk about it and then Zeus decides to stay
@@yegor576That was in 2022, when T1 became wary of keeping him because he's already eyeing out the market despite him being the biggest reason they lost that year.
@ man why you try convinced me in wrong, I follow this boy since 21, he renewed he’s contract in the middle of 2022 after msi, if I remember correct keria renewed at this time to
Keria has always vocalized his intention of staying with Faker. His agent also apparently negotiated the multi year contract very quickly. Keria always wanted to stay
not true faker version isnt filtered, hes very honest with hes fans and be very cleared, i think with zeus he wanted stay and hes agency said nah you go Home a life, thats why there was a grey erea
this is like silco and jayce (they didnt even haggle) HAHAHAHAHA jk
Omfg. They just went for it. Now it became a war 😂🎉 u won
I doesn’t matter if it was never intention for Zeus to resign with T1. As an agent, why the fuck would you just not tell T1 this? It makes no sense.
DOGFK
Just go back and watch Zeus's face during the opening ceremony and players announcement.. he already knew this was going to be his last match as a T1 player..
biggest team of all time on esports? what? lol
In a more serious note, zeus could've been frustated with the poor results all year long, resulting in his poor perfomance summer and decision to leave, and winning worlds was not enough to satisfy him, and to be fair, he has the pedigree to be on a dominating roster on any region.
Zeus is also blame for the poor results, he was inting for 70% of this year
@@MrDespisedIcon was he inting on playoffs?
If agent has receipts showing any of these publications to be false statements they may have a defamation case following the backlash.
Except the agent won’t because the agent is the one in the wrong, the agent had the most to gain from all this and even then they overplayed their hand and got screwed cause of how fast T1 signed Doran giving HLE the upper hand in the end.
First
Second.
Calling that roster the best team ever in esport is a crazy and false statement xD
Name any other org that matches their accomplishments- oh wait, you can't. So they can say that with confidence since they proved it multiple times with different versions of the team.
@@reishiki8682 i think you misunderstood my statement lol xD I said roster not organisation, It migth be the best roster ever in league but eports naah.... Astralis in 2018-2020 was way more dominant.
@@reishiki8682 you just a little t1 fan boy who only watches League. xD
@@lester8403Then why are you yapping this nonsense in a League video then? You that desperate for attention to whatever the hell you're watching then? If so, that's sadder than Lehends going to NS.
@@lester8403 ehhh idt Astralis won that many titles INTERNATIONALLY? ZOFGK won 2 1st place and 1 2nd place in their 3 years together at WORLDS. Not to mention dominating performance in their early years in domestic...
Calling this Roster the best ever in epsorts is a joke. If you have any general knowledge about esports, you would know that Astralis is the best roster ever in esports, full danish team from a country with a population of 5.5 mil, redefining how counterstrike was played, stomping teams at over 20 tier 1 tournaments including winning 4 majors (the equalevent of 4 worlds), three of them back to back. No team in Esports will never top Astralis.
When was CS ever relevant outside of Europe lol.
it's not like CSGO has patches that affect how the game is played though, so honestly comparing apples to oranges
Don't care The Snake is ambitious probably hit his head too hard from the trophy and agency is greedy af.
Joe has every motive to spin this story in their favor and they make it pretty clear. I mean it doesn't even make sense- they were given deadlines and offers... Say it was all arbitrary and everything should be on T1's terms? Nice negotiation!
T1 has main character syndrome acting disrespected lmao. Even if T1 feels like Zeus played them along, its obviously T1 fault for this position and not securing who is arguably their best player. Retroactively stating "Uhh well, actually we would've paid him more... We would have paid him much more money but we got GHOSTED." Pathetic statements from T1- It is what it is, managment failed and couldve had Zeus but fumbled. nah just lie for optics 😂
Slow
Chud here had to do mental gymastics to just to believe this nonsensical narrative.
They only had one counteroffer, on the 19th which they only had 10 minutes to respond to ,while on the way to Incheon while making T1 do random offers and them not responding to any of them.
But sure, "T1 bad". Takes a special kind of dumb to chug that much dumbass pills.
You should not start a business
so did you miss where hes saying the agent whould couter offer and just say no to contracts ? what offers where given ? Also, if i get given one deadline of 10-12, why is the agent saying the deadline was 3 ?
