My pump and vascularity shot through the roof and my arms and wrists looked genuinely scarily bigger/thicker! What?!?!?! Hats off to you, good sir! • @UnityGymOnline
      @UnityGymOnline  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      yes, it will help. But you need to strengthen your entire body. Suffering pain in one area as a result of a sedentary lifestyle will get much worse if you don't start resistance training 3 times a week for 40 minutes.
      If you just try to make the wrists stronger you will soon notice pain somewhere else.

      I have a similar goal of incredible grip strength and from my experience the best advice I can offer is to not over train your grip. Surprisingly difficult to follow thats for sure.
      Grip is all about tendon strength and they take atleast 2-3x as long to recover and repair than muscles. Work them very frequently but not to hard all the time.

      @@plutonium-6826 you're welcome, that's what I do :) FYI doing dumbbell chest press and barbell bench press is MUCH better for building the base level of strength required for good push ups.
      If you can get access to that equipment I'd recommending working on those exercises until you can get a body weight bench press for 5 reps.
      It's really hard to control your body with calisthenics when you don't have a baseline level of strength already. It's so much easier with weights.
