I've taken a break from social media for over a month, no TH-cam, no IG anything. One thing I've missed though is watching your videos. I'm excited to see you've got so many videos up this summer!😃
Good work, buddy! Taking breaks from social media is definitely needed and more people should do it. I do it as well (although more short breaks, since this is a job for me). Glad to see you here 🙌🤩
Loads of great content here, thanks. The right hand technique is the secret to it though, right? No point trying the rest of it if you haven't mastered the RH😢!!
Thanks!! It's not only. All limbs needs to be "in sync" and every part of the grooves are important, but since the leading hand plays the hi-hat; it is the driving force of the grooves.
You can play around with it however you like, so it sounds good to you. But a good rule of thumb is to play ghost notes in between kick and snare strokes :)

Tried and trued rhythms indeed! Can just never go wrong with such, and that's always a good thing behind the kit. Cheers

Как ты это делаешь,просто красавчик!👍
Well I must be getting better at learning the drums because I actually knew what you were doing on the first beat before you told us.
Thank you very much
Happy to help out! :D
Hi CJ, can we have a breakdown of how to time the fills on the toms? Basically, the best time in the groove to go into chops. Thank you
Good idea! I'll see what I can do. Thanks for the great request! 😃
im Danish so i felt obligated to subscribe =)
Haha tak!!
Thank u sir❤
You're welcome!!
Would love to see a video on those quick 3 kicks in a row (eg most post hardcore grooves, or the opening 3 kick pattern of 'Them Bones'
I'll write it down for a future video!

Haha yup! Been Swedish all my life 😅
I need help getting my hand into the hihat while doing the kick with out speeding up and slowing Dow the hihat to match the bass drum please
Practice slowly. That's the only method, buddy!
First beat is like 'sober' from tool
You're exactly right!
I said the same thing!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
👊🔥
Do you have a link or details on the drums you use? Love the tom sound!
You mean if I have a “setup video”? I do, it’s a few years old but I might do a new one soon 😊
@@ThatSwedishDrummer Yeah. I’m curious the make and size of your kit, and how you tune to get such a great sounding kit.
Plz advance hip hop groove ممنون
Please add the placement of the ghost notes in the 3ird groove. It sounds awsome, I cant figure it out.
You can play around with it however you like, so it sounds good to you.

I like to learn 3Groove

So you never rest your heel down on 16s? 😮
Not really, no. But everyone has different techniques!
i cant see your left feet. it would be much perfect if u put camera there so i can see how your feet move the hi-hat
Are you the son of Lars Ulrich?
Haha, I am not.
