My favourite crossing 6

Private hire drivers are always doing this. I doin't report them to the police as 3 points could mean they can't work anymore if they already have points, but I do report them to TFL.
I hate this with a passion, I am a wheelchair user and when people do this it makes using a crossing very difficult
