This is a song I wrote inspired by my experience with depression. During the worst of my depressive episodes, I woke up and went to bed feeling sad. It felt like the days would never end.
I found a little comfort in the words of strangers who shared their advice and experiences with me. I saw a therapist, did a self-help mental health program, and went outside for long walks.
Ultimately, I realized that there’s one simple little cure: time.
I think any form of healing, whether it be from grief, loss, and addiction, takes time. It takes a lot more time than you think it will. I needed to give myself time to heal, learn, and grow. I needed time for old wounds to close, and for me to find my way towards new experiences and new people to share them with. Life can sometimes be a waiting game, and we have to wait for the right moment to feel ready to do these things.
If you’re going through something similar, my hope is that this song might give you some comfort and help you find positivity in life again. Life isn’t easy, and nothing is guaranteed. But if you give yourself enough time, you might just find happiness again.

There are so many things in this world that can take our happiness away: grief, loss, depression, addiction, you name it. But if you give yourself enough time to learn and grow, you might find your way towards positivity again. That’s what happened for me, and it might happen for you too 🥹🌹

Thank you for this song, I'm on my 3rd year of depression medication and I feel myself spiraling harder. Doesn't help that my dad has cancer and it feels like I've got no time to grieve for myself because he's going through a lot and we can lose him anytime. It's a selfish thought and makes me even worse. This song comforts me, thank you. It's sad someone understands the pain we're going through but comforting nonetheless to know you're not alone. Hang in there, everyone

Beautiful. You tell a story with your songs, one that's identifiable, and digestible, soft and gentle, yet reaches deep. There's just something so healing about these songs.
This hits hard. Sometimes you'll find people in places completely unexpected and they'll just change how you look at your situation. I was going through a rough phase of my life this one time and was looking for strangers to talk to share and get advise since i was unable to tell my close ones. I found this girl when i lost all hope of finding someone who'll take interest in my sadness. But there she was listening and helping me even though we didn't know anything about each other. I accidentally refreshed the page and lost her as we were texting in another website but she had just given me her contact number which i noted wrong obviously. But figured out eventually and contacted her. After that we spoke but things got bad at her side and we stopped talking. I don't exactly know why I'm writing this. The story is very weirdly written but i just wanted to thank her.
You still are one of my friends and you really saved me Sephora. Thank you.

Normally I like to listen to more loud and heavy music like heavy metal or rock but this is really good the voice is just straight up beautiful and its soothing in a way. The lyrics are also good too personally I cant relate to them but its kind of like a story of sorts and that's something I've never really heard in a song

Aww I feel like this describes depression perfectly. Some days, I'll feel super down and numb for no clear reason, but a week later I'll feel all happy and excited about life, and I want to try all these different things out. Then, it repeats like a cycle, and it's tough during those dark days but I find my way again eventually, whether that be through being honest with myself and other people or just taking a break for a moment and letting myself think about things and eventually let it be.

Hearing this reminded me of a streamer twitting that one of her fan suddenly shared his depressing feeling to her in DM .at first she's giving great advice to him but then suddenly this steamer burst out saying mean things to him its kinda sad. Just felt that guy must be really being nearing the edge he wanted to share his thoughts to someone he admire and mistakenly thought she will listened to her but end up being more broken. Hope if ever you encounter someone in this state please listen to him/her even for a moment. Bottle up thoughts to someone depress is really burdening. The fact that we can't share this to the people we know is because we are afraid they won't understand us and they will be hurt too. But it doesn't also means that because were sharing this to a stranger means we wanted too hurt you. We just want someone who doesn't know us to listen to our dying self and give us encouragement to live even for a bit while cause we don't have that courage to say it to everyone around us.

the best music i've heard after two faced, idk why, but this music is represent myself until now, everytime i heard this music, i've always cryin because this gave me a picture of past when i become alone and in "third day", just like in the lyrics, it reminds me the first year when corona virus appear, i had a family problem and i've got so many mock from my dad and blames annything at me, after that i never talk to him, not even once, never see me again, my dad act like he doesn't care anymore, until the third days after that, i was hoping that, "i hope i'll gone tomorrow, so i will never feel this anymore", but in the 4th day, i wake up like nothing happened, and until now, i'm still hoping for that, even though i had friend, girlfriend who support me, but i never felt that, cuz they're just my internet friend, everytime i say "i'm okay, i'm fine" they just says "i'm glad you're okay, just remember no matter how hard your life is, there's still us", they don't know how painful silent cry i do when we talk using voice call, i can pretend like i'm happy in the voice call, laugh together, though in the real i'm cryin they never realize that, i don't know how and since when first time i can do that, but i think, i can finally do a "two face", but the thing i know, do a two face is like killing yourself, you feel so hurt deep inside of you, but you must pretend like nothing happen, you must happy in front of them, and if you guys may read my comment and think like "just cry and show the truth of you since they're your friend" , it's not that easy, especially for someone who already carry too much weight in their tiny shoulder... sometimes i wonder "why i'm still alive, did my live is just feel the pain from what the world gives me?, what is the point of my life?", until now i still carry the weight, if you guys had the same problem like me, i just want to say "keep your spirits up, stay cheerful and persevere, until one day there will be someone who can carry your burden with you" no matter how long it takes... and special thanks for rosendale because your music is medicine for me to keep me strong to handle this hard life ❤🩹

This song kinda reminds me of a friend I met online in vrchat. (This is a kinda long sad story about them) ... He was sick and it was only getting worse. I knew the moment I met him that he was hurting just by the way he spoke. He tried to hide it from everyone but I saw his pain.
We hung out in vrchat almost every day for 2 years. He had something that made him bedridden and very sick. His friends he had from before all abandoned him because they just couldn't bare to see him like that. He wanted to just die so the suffering would end but that changed with me. He wanted to live his life because of me.
After those 2 years he never got back on vrchat so I don't know what happened. It's been about 4 years now since I met him. I hope the best and that he got better but in the back of my mind I know there's a possibility that the worst happend. I just wanted to distract him from it so he could smile and be happy even for a little while when we played vrchat together...
The last thing he told was that if something happened to him to continue living my life, and to never unfriend him on vrchat... I'm still his friend on vrchat and still hoping he'd get back on one day...
