Big fan of the fortress fastwraps. But I prefer their original model, and I put a couple pairs of those before they were discontinued.

Great review as always coach and thanks for going into so much detail on both products. One other area of interest was to perhaps speak about how easily or difficult they were to get your hands into certain sized gloves, as i have heard that these products can stretch gloves over time and may restrict what gloves (makes)/gloves sizes are most of least compatible.

      Thankyou
I found both easily fit in gloves like 16oz adidas Adispeed
Obviously if a glove is snug already then any hand protection that is bigger than a normal handwrap will mean the gloves may need a little internal stretching to accommodate them

@@Fit2BoxThanks for the update and for taking the time to always provide great replies to such questions.
On a side note have you ever reviewed products like the Skulltec gel knuckle pads or thought about providing a tutorial on some homemade/DIY knuckle protection products ? You are a master hand wrapper and many of my friends use your hand wrap style as a go to guide. Some have struggled with some homemade knuckle protection methods because they are not sure of the best way to wrap their hands when using a gel or improvised knuckle protection system. Thanks again. 🙏🏾🥊

Do you think those are good for sparring?and if yes would you prefere use those pair of hand protection or would you go with normal handwraps? And hou you compare them with professional and normal handwraps? good video as always mate!

      Great for sparring
I do love normal hand wraps
that said these definitely provide better knuckle protection and ease of use

There are 3 levels of Bandax ,Elite with foam knuckle £65 ish, Elite plus gel knuckle £90 ish and custom, which is the £112 ,they come in sizes s,m,l, . They last a lot longer in everyday use than the fortress , which seem to get a bit tatty after being washed a few times

Yes these are the Elite + and the fortress T1 £64.99 (not bespoke) so both are the mid range offerings from both companies
My fortress T1 have held up well after multiple washes

@Fit2Box I've no doubt they wash well if looked after properly, some of the boxers in our gym have had some tatty looking ones, you never know how well washed or correctly washed they are though
