I can't believe it's been 2 years since V Rising went into Early Access. I put nearly 300 hours into it during EA and will definitely check out the full release. Another example of indie studios putting AAA companies to shame
I got the game for free. I beat my friend in cod so he bought me the game since that's what I wanted 😂 I enjoy it since I got it for free. But If I payed 70 dollars I would have been so disappointed. The only redeeming quality is the gameplay is pretty good and Harley Quinn is still fun to watch on screen. She ain't annoying
I put over 300 hours into V-Rising a few months back. Game is freaking addictive! I played on a non-PVP map though and really enjoyed it. I have purchased the Castlevania cosmetic pack since I don't have to rebuy the game from Early Access. This game is HIGHLY recommended. Really cool working your way up the boss ladder as there are a lot of them. Love this game.
@@GamerDaPeter You mention 7days, my friend who showed me that game died last year. Like my friend who showed me Star Citizen/Squadron31, he died two years ago. Never even got to play the game he was so hyped about for so long, real bummer. They still got his money though.

V Rising is a lot of fun, and I've been considering getting back into it. Haven't played it in quite a long time, but a friend of mine and I had a good time playing it about a year ago or so.
"100%ed" the game when it came out and then stepped away. Excited to jump back into what is basically a new game now. The work the team has done is bloody incredible.
I played 50+ hours before, but they wiped everything, so this time I'm using some of the easier settings for farming materials (3x), not gonna spend hours and hours farming materials again :P
For the building quests; you have to interact with the stuff after building it to finish the quest. So just walk up, press F, and you got the quest done ezpz.
Thank God. I tried watching like 3 different videos on this game and nobody gave a quick intro overview because I guess the game has been in EA for a long time. Appreciate you not forgetting newcomers!

I cant find a single NON sponsored review. Im probably getting it anyway it does look good but would be nice to see 1 with zero sponsorship and 100% authentic
I played it about a year ago and it was good. The things that kind of ended for me was the lack of structure to the progression and some QOL features that all seem to be addressed in 1.0. To clarify, I am not sponsored 😂
The game is great! I was a little impatient at first with how long it took to craft any item, but them I discovered you cold edit the server settings by altering a certain file and now I'm having a blast!
The real heart of the combat is learning how to weapon swap efficiently. Once you can seamlessly swap back and forth to weapons it takes the already goos combat to 11
The present-participle adjective addicting is technically synonymous with addictive, but there's no reason to use addicting when addictive is a perfectly functional and even versatile word.
It is a fun game now that it is updated to gold. The problem I have is that on one server I got up to Lvl 57 and now the server is a UNKNOWN STATUS and I can't get that toon transfered.
I bought the game a week before full release to test it and now I'm playing with a friend after release and I absolutely get why you say it's addicting because it's the same for us
It's amazing how little I learn about these games despite the reviews being 20 minutes long. I don't hate your reviews it's just that it seems like you are improvising them, no structure, in some reviews you say that the game is beatiful 7 times and skip combat completely. Also your gameplay footage is very poor unless it's from a trailer.
When I see all of the elements and management involved in this game, I can predict only 1 thing that will happen when it is released. It will be featured on The Spiffing Brit channel at some point.
I've been playing this on the new Brutal difficulty solo. It has been rough. Even the first boss kicked my ass. I got lucky and another boss killed it for me and I just ran in for the award and left.
I really do like this game so will be doing a playthrough for full release. Only issue I have with V Rising is that it is always online and due to the country I live in there is always rubber banding in a Single Player world. Even if your internet drops you can't play single player cause the connection drops and results in an error. Always having to host a single player world on an overseas server does make it on the verge of unplayable so hopefully that is mitigated or they eventually allow for solo local play in the future.
@@zambsDGOW No not while online, or at least not that I am aware of. It will always host the server online over the internet causing rubber banding and it seemed to do it this time again. Starting a fresh map the game didn't initialize with a "connectivity timeout" as the cause. I did find a post though that goes through making a local host on your private computer which I can give summary here: 1. Switch Steam to Offline Mode 2. Create a game but make sure to turn on LAN only in the advanced settings 3. Start the game until you actually spawn into the map and can run around. 4. Have fun. This will force the game to run locally without internet on your computer. You can then switch Steam back to online to get those sweet achievements.
