The Puffies are the creepiest to me. Not only is it the moaning you hear, but it's also how they are blind and canonically use echolocation to navigate. I also agree with the others saying Legsies are tough sons of bitches to kill. Every time I see one I groan because I'm gonna have to accept that I'm not gonna have Shotgun ammo by the end of a cave.

Which enemies / mutants do you find creepiest?
Creepiest mutant for me is probably legsy but holey is by far the most annoying and hardest to kill in the game, for me atleast
