very cool bag, the rain cover is exemplary! The 2 side compartments do open oddly but if they opened all the way stuff could fall out. The ccw pouch is well disguised. There seems to be plenty of room for additional items to to make it an overnight type bag , hotel style not roughing it...
Just got this bag 2nd hand from someone for only 25€. I really like it! Mine appears to be missing the small divider and shoulder loop. Will have to look regarding the rain fly. The bag looks extremely well made and i am very happy with mine. How is yours doing after all these years?
I have not carried it in quite a while however I am thinking I may get it back out. It currently holds some other bags ha ha. It has held up very well and broke in very nicely. Thanks for watching! Take Care

How padded is the laptop pocket?
Pretty padded. Not as good as some but better than some others. I didn't use it for a laptop so I cannot speak on how well it works for that.
