Me gustó mucho la muestra de los moldes, quedan muy bonitos, pero tal vez debiste pegar la gelatina con mas gelatina para no ponerle palillos, es peligroso, sobre todo porque hay personas que no se fijan, saludos desde México.

Beautiful… How long is this good on a cake, does it release any liquid after a while?
Agar gum (from seaweed) melts at 40C degrees, for example gelatin starts to melt from 25-26C degrees. Inside building it never reaches 40degrees (person starts to feel uncomfortable and sweats from +32-34C degrees without air conditioner in building) only if your are not in desert or some african countries.
Agar gum was used as stabilizer and thickener in this video, minimum 10gr per liter liquid (500gr milk and 500gr water).
