This reminds me of the Buddhist tale of the monk who is outraged for 2 days after seeing his abbot carry a nun across a river. The monk finally challenges his master for touching a female. The abbot replies, "I carried that woman for five minutes. You've been carrying her for 2 days." Letting go is a different way of relating to reality. For me it's a remindet to accept what is.
How do we access more than 5 of our senses? Are there more than 5 senses? This concept of sense forgeing is super enlightening. I’ve been meditating for more than 30 years. This is exactly a new way that I’ve been wanted to grow.
