Wow, well done! It is clearly loving the culture you give it, I didn't realize they like to be kept that moist.

You’ve done really well with that plant over the last year; it looks like it’s taking off now! :) Those flowers are beautiful; I really like the unique spacing between the sepals and petals. It’s encouraging to know that this renanthera can be successfully be grown in a pot… I’m going to put it on my wish list. Thank you for continuing to share your grow experiences. :)

Thank you Kevin! I founds that this one really likes water, so growing it in a pot is working really well 😊

I’ve been doing good just busy working. Spring is coming so I’ve been trying to do some work in the greenhouse. I hope that you have been good too.

The neverending root! so cool! thanks for sharing your experience.Beautiful flowers. I’ve also learned to water more. I’m surprised how thirsty they are.

Thank you ☺️ yeah, this one loves its water, for such a slow growing plant it seems a bit weird... 😅

it looks a cracking bloom, that aerial root looks amazing I'd be terrified of breaking it lol, thanks for sharing.

Great video, love your orchid! She looks very healthy with gorgeous blooms! Your lucky with your tab water. Here in London my tab water is 350 more or less. How many hours light do you give her?

Thanks Mary! My orchids get between 11 and 13 hours depending on season. The spike came out in winter when it was getting 11 hours of light but I have now increased it to about 11.5 hours I think, will start gradually going up to 13 hours ☺️

How do you not break that giant root?! One of the things i like about this orchid is that the flowers slowly get lighter in colour 🙂

It's super cute flowers, one of my favourite 😊 I think I actually damaged that root while taking photos after filming... 😅 It seems to still be alive though but we'll see...
