    This is where I went wrong last year. Took me 9 months to go from over 16 stone to 13 stone 2 ounces working out using dumb bells at home. Now starting from 14 stone 11 and looking to get to 13 stone 2 and then building muscle by recomposition. Joining a gym soon and getting an instructor and dietician. Was reccomended to you by obese to beast.

      I think she means just allowing time for the body to rest and digest. This is similar to mindful eating, or taking time to slowly chew and swallow, and listening to your body's fullness signals. It can be easy to eat on the go in "fight or flight" mode, just wolfing down food while performing other tasks.

    Random but I always swat my hair out of my face when watching your workout videos. But then realize I don’t have any hair in my face. You do. Lol idk how you do it. I always have Ace bandage wrap tied up to act as a hair band

    I love Premier Protein. Their fruity pebbles powder gets me through my sugary cereal cravings. Their caramel flavor + coffee makes good blended shakes too, there's an art to it that I haven't mastered yet so it doesn't foam up in the blender. I made pulled chicken thighs for tacos this week since you're always talking about them and I had a craving :P Lastly, I love pickles, anyone who hates on pickles is just incorrect.
