This is super tasty and easy to make. This recipe makes it to serve for 2 people. It is a very healthy recipe. This red curry serves with steamed rice or Mexican rice. Hope u enjoyed it.....

Olive Oil - 2 tbl spn
Chopped Onion - 1/4 cup
Chopped Capcicum - 1/4 cup
Chopped Carrot - 1/4 cup
Chopped Baby Corn - 1/4 cup
Mashed Rajma - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Tomato Puree - 1&1/2 cup
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Paste - 1 tbl spn
Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Oregano - 1/2 tsp
Mushroom - 1/4 cup
Zucchini - 1/4 cup
Peri-Peri Masala - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 1/4 tsp
Fresh cream - 2 tbl spn
Cornflour Slurry - 2 tbl spn

@1:41 what is this red chilli paste made of did you just blen some red chillies with water after soaking them in vinegar or you made it the indian way like using cumin seeds and all?
