I've got the 16 SXT with 48,000 mi. It's been super Reliable, driven it cross country 3 times! Tucson to Knoxville. Super sturdy and comfortable on the open road. Had the speedo up to 150 mph! Some think they are too pricey?.....WORTH IT!

Great video and love your channel!
Glad most of you Challenger owners have not had the issues I have had!!! I have a 2017 T/A 5.7L and purchased it used in 2021 with only 14K miles on it. It only had one previous owner that did not drive is much. I daily drive my Challenger to work and home and take good care of it by keeping it maintained and clean. I have not done any modifications and don't drive it hard. Unfortunately, I have had my Challenger in and out of the Dodge dealership service center multiple times😮‍💨! My PCM was having issues and had to be replaced. The battery died on me with no warning and replaced it. The purge control valve had to be replaced due to code P0443. The electrical connector on the purge control valve had to be replaced and wiring soldered on. My latest issue as of 11/10/2023 when cleaning up the engine bay, I have an oil leak under the intake manifold. While checking the oil, I could not get the oil dipstick to go back into the tube!!! I have owned many vehicles over 30 years and never seen where the oil dipstick wont go back in. I guess there is always a first for everything. I have an appointment once again with the dealership service center. Guess I was one of the unlucky ones and got a used lemon. I love my Challenger and have always wanted a muscle car. After these issues I've had and the inconvenience of dropping off and picking up my Challenger plus being without transportation multiple times makes me think it's time to trade it in🤔!!!

@@nickpolselli2032 Thanks for the answer. I just bought a 2015 and am having a vibration between 45-70mph, I'm hoping it's just tires. The reason I asked is in the car fax it had it's driveshaft replaced very early in its life in 2016. I'm hoping I'm not chasing an issue.

    • @nickpolselli2032

@@monk0383 if you have that vibration between those speeds and it goes away over that bit could be a tire balance issue or a tire issue. It doesn’t hurt to check all your options. 2016 SXT plus with 14K, so far so good. The only thing annoying is you can't park this car just anywhere. So unless you want lots of body dings, plan to park far away. I have an Aice Mechanic as a friend, and he saw this coming a long time ago. Dodge Chevy and Ford like in the 2000's were basically all crap, but for a reason. The reason was because German engineers were basically fired at their jobs because in the 2000's Japanese makers like Lexus were killing it in reliability and luxury at that time, so where do you think all these German engineers are coming ? Right to the good old USA. So they came and worked with American engineers and two heads are better than one, and now today they are making excellent cars, and it really does not matter, because all these cars nowadays are globalized and all have similar parts and engineering stats, it can range from Toyota to Ford to whatever, they are all being built similarly.
