As an Australian we see Canadians as brothers and sisters of ours. They are laid back, funny, honest and genuine people much like us. I have travelled across Canada and love that country and its people. Canada rocks!

    Dear Canadians
American here from NC, I have had the honor and privilege of visiting your country when I was an Eagle Scout, I got to lead a canoe trip around Lakes Temagami, Diamond, Wakimika, and Obabika.
I've never encountered more beautiful country or nicer people. I'm so pleased that we're allies, Canadians are the best of friends and worst of foes, neither World War could've been won without the brave Canucks.
    Love you, Canada 🇺🇸💙🇨🇦

... I love Canada too I used to spend my summers at what is now Voyageurs National Park in the USA we'd cross into Canada at Kettle Falls and International Falls. The resort at Kettle Falls had a very warped floor with a pool table they'd attempt to keep level using wood blocking lol 🎱 I love remote quirky places like Kettle Falls, Canadians are definitely some of the nicest people in the world ... Banff/Calgary and BC both beautiful areas of Canada I was in Banff for 9 days once 5 people were mauled by grizzly bears during that time it was berry 🫐 season watch out for those bears 🐻! 🇺🇸💘🇨🇦

I live in North Dakota. Every weekend, carloads of Canadians drive down here to shop, filling our hotels. In a 48-hour time period, each Canadian is allowed to spend $800 in the USA. And they do! Canadians load up their shopping carts with breakfast cereal, chicken, cheese, coffee and tea, shoes, clothing, bras, DIY supplies (shingles, paint, windows, gardening tools), small appliances, etc. Why? Because our prices in North Dakota are 30 to 50 % less expensive than in the province of Manitoba. And unlike Manitoba, we don't have a 13 % tax on everything. Canadians also come down here for faster (but much more expensive) medical treatment. They come down here for less expensive eyeglasses, as well.

My mother's $6000/mth cancer drugs were paid for by the CDN gov't. Ruminate on that for a while. My father had free hip replacements & knee replacements done and stayed in a recovery facility for 7 months without getting billed afterwards. Arguments against these facts are futile. I saw it with my own eyes. My folks didn't have to sell their house to pay for a doctor to treat them. Profit motivation in medicine is an impediment to the public's health. Save the greed for banking, beer and iPhones, not for helping to keep people healthy and alive.
