I live in North Dakota. Every weekend, carloads of Canadians drive down here to shop, filling our hotels. In a 48-hour time period, each Canadian is allowed to spend $800 in the USA. And they do! Canadians load up their shopping carts with breakfast cereal, chicken, cheese, coffee and tea, shoes, clothing, bras, DIY supplies (shingles, paint, windows, gardening tools), small appliances, etc. Why? Because our prices in North Dakota are 30 to 50 % less expensive than in the province of Manitoba. And unlike Manitoba, we don't have a 13 % tax on everything. Canadians also come down here for faster (but much more expensive) medical treatment. They come down here for less expensive eyeglasses, as well.

Over 2 millions temporary workers came to Canada within last 2 years, they took Canadian's job, crime rates are going up. 20 years ago We did not have to close the door when we leave the house, now more than half of my neighbors installed security cameras in front of their house. We are feed up with this clown!
Big time. He’s destroyed life. I personally have been pushed out of society and struggle with suicidal nightmares daily.
Being half black, middle aged and every sector favors immigrants… what is left for me.
I could go to welfare and get turned away today. An immigrant could go and collect $4,000+ is hard cash.
Was this what it meant to be Canadian?
Third World? Give me a break. You wouldn't know the suffering in the Third World if it smacked you in the face.
@@EzraL-z2q BS. Laws are made both by federal and provinces. And you'll vote for PP? then your more fkd up in the head.
In 2023, Canada was ranked second best in the world, even better than the U.S. It all boils down to being dumb about what's going on, and it's common for someone to only feel the 'angry emotions' that Pierre Poilievre stirred up
People call Trudeau an embarrassment or the worst prime minister in Canadian history.
I’m sure the comment section will be full of positivity and good vibes. Let’s take a look together!
A lot more than I was expecting, actually. It's like fox goers and pro Russians finally decided to give liberal late night shows a pass lol. Also 90% of the "FJT" club. Saw one on my way down. Definitely expected more.
Canadians are generally laid back and hard-working people but our politics right now is a damn disaster and this man had a chance to fix it and didn't.... And now we're staring down the barrel of our own Trump-style era except ours is smarter which is even scarier.
Check out Shoresy, Schitt's Creek or Letterkenny it you want some good Canadian media. I don't think a lot of Canadians are very proud of this guy right now... Proud of our country. But not him.
I had to give this comment a like. I use to be pretty right wing and watched a lot of toxic sludge online until my wife told me it was consuming me and affecting our marriage. I can see straight when I stopped watching that poison a few years back and how it doesn't matter who we elect in the next election, our country is in trouble regardless. I love Canada but I hate Justin and Pierre equally.
@@tonyrae86 You’re not wrong. Trudeau has tried to get things right, and he has made some progress, but overall, a lot of disappointment. Especially if we end up with a trumper in charge.
I'm definitely proud of Trudeau. I'm not happy about every decision he's made, however given all the barriers he's faced I think he's done an outstanding job.
@@leechamberland9569 Totally agree. I don't agree with everything he's done either, but I will vote for him over that traitor PP
@@leechamberland9569 Agreed. Unfortunately, the far right has worked tirelessly to throw whatever dirt they can at him, real or imagined. Every loser with a grudge now believes they can blame all their woes on Trudeau. Meanwhile, the weasel leading the corporate funded right wing party has these suckers believing he’s a working class hero. Kind of makes me sick.
Love from beautiful British Columbia ❤❤
shots fired on universal healthcare.. lol
"Universal healthcare" is working poorly here in Canada 🍁 - lots of waiting time (because people are going in for tiny things), and neither the federal nor provincial governments can balance their budgets since it came in. It won't end well.
Canadian health care is expensive look at how much taxes they pay. Plus the feds are controlled by Israeli Jewish interests
@@TrumpFacts-wl2ik What happened to walk-in clinics and specialised nurses? I remember a time, in Montréal anyway, not long ago just a few short years ago, we could walk in a clinic, wait a bit, no more than an hour, and see a dcotor . Same for blood tests, we could just walk in and have a blood test almost immediatly but now it takes an appointment and it can be a few weeks wait. Who messed it up? Is it the same mess in other provinces?
I haven’t been able to get a family doctor in 5 years (in Ontario) takes 6 months to see a specialist, can take 12 hours if you have to go to emergency and get stitches . Canada health care is failing drastically ( hence why the liberals brought in assisted unaliving)
It’s really nothing worth bragging about
Thanks Mr Stephen Colbert for having our Prime Minater, Justin Trudeau we Canadians loves watching you and enjoy your show❤
R U a traitor too?
Trudeau has overseen the greatest rise in economic inequality in Canada since the 1930's while the cartels and oligarchs have made record profits. That plus his record number of ethics violations show he is interested in making himself and his friends rich. Unless you work for the government or one of the cartel industries your life has become more expensive and your town has become more dangerous since Trudeau took office.
You're clown
@@kkz2916Unnecessary comment.

Awesome as always!! Buy their cookbook! I just got it today, it's amazing with great recipes and such wonderful photos! The back stories are the best, truly.
Watching this reminds me of watching the broadcasts and interviews in the Hunger Games movies.
How do we get rid of this guy
Canadian here. This dumb thing ruined Canada.
what's your beef with him? What specifically did he do to ruin, and I mean, ruin your country? Get specific.
@@robinhendrix66 Placing the tactical dots to see how well Andy can explain his point. Being canadian, i would pretty say Trudeau help us getting back out of the former conservateur governement era and COVID. But let's see how well someone argue in youtube comments section.
@@robinhendrix66 Live in Canada for a year and you will find out.
@@robinhendrix66 lol are you joking?
we cant afford to live. while he gives assistance to non citizens to help them live and have kids yet theyre temporary works? with our tax dollars btw. Companies in Ontario get 50% of their wages paid for by our tax dollars up to 10k so making it harder for a Canadian citizen to get work. Oh and because they get assistance the cost of most things have skyrocketed even things like the price of parking at your own rented home (135 in some places). He went after peaceful protesters freezing bank accounts and implementing the emergencies act usually reserved for WAR time on those peaceful protesters (they had a daycare across the parliament doors and even smoked meats looked like a good time) all because our PM REFUSED to do any talks and labelled us Nazis. just like hes doing in this very video. everyone who doesnt agree with him is far alt fascist right even tho the shit I mentioned above is the very definition of fascist yet the regular majority of people are like are you fucking kidding me?

@@Nathan-lt6bw That's not an answer.

Was that RuPaul or Trudeau?
This guy took one of the best country in the world and fucked it in every single hole possible. Holes we didn't even know existed. Guy is hated so much all over Canada, even his wife ditched him.
Pollievre for 24th in 2024! Couldn't agree more with this graphic and true analogy.

Fuck I just wish we could get Harper back, a relatively boring responsible adult, and an economist. I had a friend run into him and his son in Vegas along with some minor security, said he was a nice guy and was a little drunk haha
@@ChristaCoubroughreally? That liar? Fact check whatever he is saying - he is almost like Trump. I only like his immigration plans but that’s it! If you are smart enough to fact check and not be selective on the info, you’ll see that guy is not good 😢. Justin is not perfect. Maybe it’s time to have a WOMAN PM in Canada?
@lah_bang2179 I love trump he's the shit
This man single handedly more than doubled the price of housing in 10 years.
The BOC allowed interest rates to stay low for the last 10 years to boost borrowing, sending more money into the hands of Canadians. Some people must be having a pretty good party atm -_-
Doubled everything, not just housing. He is another privileged douche-bag fake progressive that doesn't care about ordinary people. And the dental care was FORCED by the NDP to not call a snap election. He wasn't going to budge on that because he is a scumbag.
As a Canadian, I was raised to value the bond between our nations. We both broke away from an abusive relationship with our old empire and we both now are places people dream of moving. A shared past and a shared future bond us like old war buddies.
Ya right, then why is the US so determined to have Trump back in hes destroyed our relationship why should we give them anything back stabbers don't always get what they want you want relationship back? get rid of trump and his goones
Universal Health Care, where you can’t get a family doctor any more.
That is better than going bankrupt after a serious hospitalization.
@@raulramirezcorona2130 its better than dieing because you cant get in to ER thanks to wait times? Wtf are u saying?
Honestly, between that and going into debt for hospital bills, I'd rather have the former.
My mother's $6000/mth cancer drugs were paid for by the CDN gov't. Ruminate on that for a while. My father had free hip replacements & knee replacements done and stayed in a recovery facility for 7 months without getting billed afterwards. Arguments against these facts are futile. I saw it with my own eyes. My folks didn't have to sell their house to pay for a doctor to treat them. Profit motivation in medicine is an impediment to the public's health. Save the greed for banking, beer and iPhones, not for helping to keep people healthy and alive.
My father had bypass surgery in a week of diagnosis, fully covered and we paid $49 bucks for parking and medication when he was released
Someone says "My country is the best country in the world" in front of an american audience and isn't stoned to death to prove him otherwise!?
What is this witchery?
It'd be ironic if you're a Trump supporter. He's always 'the best'.
“You don’t get that every day”. Understatement of the year.
Bonsoir Monsieur le Premier Ministre :) Quelle belle surpise Chanceux !!!
I'm from Canada and all I see is drug addicts and homeless people. Thanks to this Prime Minister.😂
Trudeau is not a prime minister, he's a crook sticking up for his corrupt corporations.
Conservative spoted
I'm surprised, Colbert didn't mention that Kamala Harris went to high school in Montreal.
That has to be downplayed....think of it__Age 12 to 17 graduating from high school in Canada...She lived under universal healthcare all that time.
Just like Islam - Without lies Justin Trudeau dies @atheistrepublic
Jesus christ
I saw J. Trudeau at the french Acadian festival in August 2024, In New Brunswick Canada. He was so motivated and excited to party during the festival. Super safe environment, nice people, great sea food!
ROFL
Wtf is he doing on a talk show while Canada is up in flames?! 😳🤯😵💫😂
You really are a pathetic plunker
Biggest loser in Canadian politics 🤣 Counting the days until the next federal election! Bye bye 👋🏼
You are a Trump fan, ergo your moral sucks.
He doesn’t get applause in our country at anytime. You can keep him in the U.S. ……please. He doesn’t care about Canadians -- just the tax dollars that he wastes. Makes me sick watching him talk.
Pay no attention to haters, regardless of what side of the borders
Universal Healthcare is the BEST! Canadian here! I wouldn't be alive without it. Neither would my Dad, he's 91!! Have never gotten a bill. I know we pay in taxes, but our taxes are the same amount as the States. Ours goes to healthcare more than the military, in the States, you're the other way around.
Best country in the world? nah, not since you became the Prime Minister.
It's great to see Justin (my PM) on your show. Come back and visit us again Stephen, and not just for the Olympics!
Pierre Poilievre is definitely gonna bring this up and make a joke out of it next time Justin is in Ottawa 😂
Yes PP is a joker. A lying piece of poo poo.
