Surprised that one of the audience says that in the US it takes 2-3 working days to transfer money to your own accounts. Here in the UK it is instantaneous. And no fees for transfer too. Also most ATMs are free of charge for most banks.
But I agree about Indian payment services getting efficient very fast.

Good topic. Why is the promise of technology driven banking reducing operational costs not shaping up for Kakao bank ? Have you analysed the cost structure of neo banks like Kakao bank to understand what is the unit economics for digital banks to work assuming that customers are willing to shift to such banks?
