Excellent presentation...sharing my latest Experience which is inline...I am holding family Health policy for 15 Yrs...but when recently claim for wife made ( even after using her Employer coverage first ) , my personal insurance didt helped me...all silly reasons, underpaying claim, No Person avl to talk, NO reply from GRIEVANCE cell...overall frustrating after paying 15 Yr .....Understand Insurance Ombudperson can help so approaching it...this information also need to be covered as insurance will keep Denying GENUINE claim & there should be ways to get this addressed & helped to GENUINE customers like us

I have been renewing my family floater health insurance cover of 3 lacs since 5 years, but due to some instance i forgot to renew the same, now i had my mother's cataract surgery now done. While preparing to opt for reimbursement, i got to know, that i failed to renew the health insurance. Please suggest whether i can claim my reimbursement claim in monotorium clause and can continue the cover by paying failed premium ? Please assist.
