On PC, you can use the performance mode, so the fps is higher than on PS4. The GPU performance of PS4 is said to be equivalent to GTX750Ti, which is about 15% more powerful than this GTX960M, so I think the PS4 actually perform better.
How is your laptop so cool? I have an acer with i7 and 960m, I'm playing with the fps capped at 60 and I get 85-95 cpu and 80-90 gpu. It plays well but it is really hot
Indeed, it seems to generate less heat and fan noise than a typical gaming notebook, but I don't know why... However, since the i5-6300HQ has modest performance, even if it is more power-efficient and generates less heat than the i7-6700HQ, it is definitely a drag on the GTX960M :(
This laptop configuration is very CPU bottlenecked, so try to reduce CPU utilization Here are some specific ways to do this In-game settings:. - Turn off postparty recording - Turn off replay recording Other methods: - Quit unnecessary background apps - Set Minimum processor state to 100% in power management settings I still get stutter after doing this, so it'll be tough to eliminate the stutter completely, but I hope this improves things
Sorry, I generally don't do benchmarks again unless there is a major update to the game. In my experience, one season of updates does not significantly change the framerate. It still performs as it does today. (However, if you want to see benchmarks outside of the battle royal mode, I'll do so whenever possible.)
@@Wea_Benchmarkhow are you achieving such high fps since I have a same specs laptop but it performs worse and it lags and freezes in all modes including performance mode

i haven an asus with i7 and 960 but fortnite won’t give me at least 30+ fps, could you give me any help 😣
Not bad for old GPU, probabaly Better than my PS4. I got around 55+ fps on PS4.

Hi can you test Fortnite again ?
