    You need semolina, butter, egg, and salt to make this dish. Add some butter to a bowl and put n egg to it. Blend well together. Make sure the butter is soft enough to bind and make foam. Then add semolina and some salt and mix it all together. Let the dough rest for 15-30 minutes.
    Next, put some water in a wide shallow pan and boil it. Scoop the dough in water and cook it by covering the pot with lid. Make sure that the water is slightly salted. Don't boil it, neither use too cold water. Let it stay in water for 10-20 minutes.
