Orange Custard Cream Bread Full of Orange Flavor :: A New Way to Put Cream in Bread (no tools)

No tools or advanced skills are required.

- 200g Bread flour
- 120g Warm milk
- 3g (1.5tsp) Instant dry yeast
- 30g (3Tbsp) Sugar
- 3g (1tsp) Salt
- 30g Room temperature unsalted butter
✤ Custard Cream
- 52g, 3 Egg yolks
- 60g (6Tbsp) Sugar
- 250g Milk
- 25g(2.5Tbsp) Starch powder(any kind)
✤ Toppings
- 5 Sliced ​​oranges (6-7cm in diameter)
- Sliced ​​Almonds
- Sugar Powder
✤ Before Baking
- Egg wash
✤ After Baking
- 10g (1Tbsp) Melted unsalted butter
✤ TIP
- Oranges need to be brought up in small sizes to make them look pretty.
- It's okay to peel the orange and put it on top.
- When using with the peel, be sure to wash the orange thoroughly before use.

It looks beautiful, but where is the orange flavor coming from outside of that orange slice? Should incorporate some orange zest in the dough and custard, a little juice in the custard after you remove from the heat, and maybe some orange oil or some orange flower water in the dough custard or the dough.
