I notice that Babbel has my native Irish Gaelic on there, so even though I’m Irish, I can travel to the Gaeltacht with ease, even though I can’t speak Irish fluently 🇮🇪☘️🇮🇪❤️❤️❤️
WAS THE AUTO STOP/START TURNED OFF?
AC ON MAX
I STILL HAVE MY FIRST TEDDY BEN. IM A GROWN ADULT TOO BUT OUR TEDDIES GET SCARED IN NEW PLACES.
I wanna learn Welsh so when I travel to the UK, I can speak in my ancestors' language.
Oh my word! I work in Reedy Creek doing roadway maintenance and remember passing a Black Mercedes and thinking "Wow, those blokes look like Ben and David!"
Turns out it was you!
How fun! 😃
This was a few weeks ago, right after Memorial Day.
Never be embarrassed by getting joy from things like your old Teddy or being in a place you love. The way the world is today, we all need to celebrate every little bit of love and joy that we can gather.
Whoever bought your teddy must have had a premonition that rainbows would feature in your life. I bought my daughter a teddy bear with tokens I had collected from the local shop when she was 2 and at the age of 39 it's still in her bed!
Ben: “I’m one of those Disney adults and I don’t give a damn!” 🙂
Even though I was a single mom living barely above poverty level, I took my then-10 year old daughter to Disney World. We spent 20+ hours taking a train from Massachusetts. My daughter, now in her 40s, lives so close to the park she watches the fireworks from her back garden. She worked for Disney for years. My British born son in law is an arborist with his own business and 99% of the time contracts to work in the parks.
After living in FL 20+ years they still buy annual passes and play/eat in the parks. My daughter said to me “When you brought me to Disney when I was 10 you had no idea what you started!” 😂
Once bit, you never outgrow it!
My son did, at 7 he said he didn't want cuddles from strange men in costumes...😅 Can't argue with that. 😊😊
you're an awesome mom
"It actually really does feel like France but it's clean and the people are smiling!" 🤣
EPCOT-every pocket comes out thinner!😂
former DCP cast member: Every Paycheck Comes on FRiday
"The words 'Disney' and 'free' don't go together often..." - truer words were never spoken! 😅
As a past UK Pavilion Cast Member, that entire UK bit was amazingly accurate of people trying to pronounce place names 😂
Floral Astronaut!
Living in Florida we used to go a lot, but it is so expensive these days, we don’t bother going anymore, we cruise!
Heavy on the “cruise”! I haven’t been to Disney World in 27 years. I was going to take my godson but it got expensive and decided Royal Caribbean said Kids are free to sail so I am jumping on that wagon not on Icon (I wish 😂) but something more nicer.
Fun fact....my husband proposed to me during the Wishes finale as well. We had rented a pontoon boat at the Grand Floridian marina and the captain had parked us right in front of the entrance to Magic Kingdom. We were watching the fireworks, then during the finale, my husband proposed. It was perfect.
$200+ meal inside a park is craaaazyy
Excuse me?? What did you say about Living with the Land?!? 🍃 this will not be tolerated! 😂
In the overused words of Ben.. Living with the Land is ABSOLUTELY a pleasure and a joy, especially the behind the seeds tour. Can't disagree more with him here
1700 for 9 nights is really reasonable. Even if you have a mere 4 people which that house could easily accommodate that's actually inexpensive.
Especially when you consider having a kitchen to offset breakfast, snacks etc! I’m impressed honestly.
Loved seeing Ben's Rainbow Bear. Everyone who has a "comfy" is lucky.
My family and I were just exploring the idea of planning a Disney World trip in 2025 or 2026.
The more we started thinking about the crowds and running the numbers on the expenses the more we kept asking, “Wouldn’t we be MUCH happier and have more fun taking a cruise?”
Even an expensive Disney cruise would be more cost effective than a week at Disney World.
YES! CRUISE IS GREAT FUN! UNLIMITED FOOD AND FUN! IF YOU GET TIRED YOU JUST GO TO YOUR ROOM AND CHILL. LOL
Do both :)
-Disney World gets more reasonable at 5 days (the per day rate is much cheaper)
-Early May (pre-memorial day) is a great time with low crowds (other than May 4th at Hollywood Studios)
-Tack on a Disney Cruise out of Port Canaveral or Port Miami. Note: If you stay at a Disney Hotel, you can also get a transport to the ship (additional cost)
-Look into DVC rental store (or other DVC rental stuff) as the DVC locations in Disney World are amazing, especially with a larger number of people.
-Avoid all holidays (spring break, memorial day, christmas) and summer.
Ask me how I know :)
@@TenkawaBC Just for a family of 3 adults going to WDW for just 4 days the park tickets are $1200. Add another $300 for Genie+ for each person for all 4 days, that’s $1500. Food for each person for 4 days, let’s be frugal and budget $100 for the whole group per day. That brings the total to $1900 so far. If we rent DVC points or stay off property cheap that’s at least $200 per night, so $2,700 total so far for 4 days in the parks. That’s about $225 per person per night. Most likely a lot more than that.
3 people can sail on the Sept 24-28, 2025 Halloween-themed 4-night sailing on the Disney Magic for that price.
Love a Disney Cruise … love the parks too 😊
Ben your sweet Bear friend is "real" just like velveteen rabbit. Continue to love him bc he is loving you back ❤
Ben, I’m 59 and love my little animal friends too! No shame. They are comforting and adorable. 💞
I cracked up at the "Alice?" "Who the f... is Alice?"😂😂😂..
It's so expensive that I'd rather take a cruise. Great video, guys😊
You're not the only "Disney Adult", there are plenty of us. I'm glad you survived the heat.
My last trip (2019) I was the youngest person in the reservation. 73 years old and was in Disneyland 1955!!
It's such a shame that Disney outpriced so many families.
It's become more of a "Disney Fixated Adult" park now.
Not many people bringing children.
Like in this video for instance.
@@Been.Here.Since.2007not true at all. They went during a dead time. Those parks have been packed
It's absolutely ridiculous
@jlpkbrb1086 must be just for the elite
@@Been.Here.Since.2007not school holidays during filming.
A trick at the parking areas is to take a picture of which row you are on. They're painted on the end space where the tram picks up.
I do the same thing for long term airport parking!
Oh, kids. WHAT a beautiful day for you both and so precious, David's proposal. Lovely. Magical, indeed. 😊
We rode Carousel of Progress three times in two days just so we could sit down in the air conditioning for a few minutes. We also rode the People Mover twice to sit down and enjoy the shade. We went two years ago in June and I was armed with a whole list of places we could find AC without paying anything extra.
Sounds miserable tbh 😂
My mother and father were born and lived in Florida thru their college years. This was way before Disney of Course. I first saw the Carousel of Progress in New York at the World's Fair. This may sounds nuts but imagine a child moaning about having to go to Disney World again because we have family friends visiting from out of state. I was that spoiled brat.
Main Street smells sweet on purpose. They pump the smells from the confectionery out onto Main Street. Disney never misses a trip. Laughed so hard as you walked through the UK Pavilion. Congrats on 10 years! ❤
I love living with the land, especially with the Christmas lights during the season.
Living with the Land is iconic. This fact is not debatable.
Disney is having really low attendance if you can get a table at space 220 last minute. That restaurant usually is book’s up 60 days + in advance.
No, Disney not too long ago changes the cancellation policies for reservations. Making it a 2 hr prior policy instead of 24 hrs. This allows you to cancel dining closer to the reservation time if you plans change, which makes less people hoard tons of dining reservations like they used to. So the day of availability due to cancellation is much better than in past years.
(yes)....Disneyworld does have very low attendance currently.
I must share. I grew up with Disneyland. I was 8 when it opened. We had ticket books A-B-C-D-and the expensive E tickets. We always had leftover A-B-C that never expired. My Grandmothers used to take me alone for a special day. Adult General Admission was $5.95. Children were $3.95. They'd sit on a bench and talk while rode everything nearby. Fire Truck, Horse Drawn Carriage. Then they'd move farther along. Carousel, Mr. Toad, etc. My Father was a volunteer fireman and worked for the City of San Clemente. Disney would have "Public Employees Night" for TWENTY DOLLARS A FAMILY!!! Usually evenings 6-12am. Naturally we went at least yearly or more often!!
I grew up by Disneyland too - we used to have school field trips there!
Bunny One Eye has been with me for over 70 years. I love the one -eyed bear. What a fun trip!
Back for another episode just because you guys are the best! I’ve never seen another couple more perfect for each other than you!! ❤ It makes the videos so lovely to watch!
Thanks guys! You are my break from my husbands illness and politics!
I'm so sorry your husband is ill.
Between David's singing and Ben's bear this is a like for sure.
You hold Rainbow like a baby, so tenderly and sweetly!
You had me at the wee bear. That was so cute. 💚💚 Wishing you good health and happiness in your new home. 💚
I saw the Carousel of Progress for the first time at the NY World's Fair in 1964. Its still my favorite ride!
Yes! I'm old.
I was only two when I was at the ‘64 Worlds Fair but I do have a pic in front of CofP!
Ben's line about the manatees had me laughing out loud, literally. Oh, you guys!
Space 220 is great, but definitely do the “Lounge” rather than prix fixe. The bartender makes special “space shots” that you can illuminate with your phone camera flashlight and watch it sparkle.
There is nothing to be ashamed of, Ben! I love the way you love your teddy!
$250 per day??? Holy Moly!!
Park hopper tickets are much more, but worth it if only going for one day.
The entire Disneyland park in California can fit in the parking lot of Magic Kingdom in Orlando. So yes, you're right about the parking lot practically being a theme park in and of itself.
My husband and I had our honeymoon at Disney world years ago! I won the trip and we had the best time. The park staff gave us buttons saying "Just Married" so the staff throughout the park would congratulate us. It was really fun and made us feel very welcome. Disney just does everything so well.
My son got a Happy Birthday button when we went last month. He has never had so many “Happy Birthdays” wished to him in his life. Such a great day!
I look forward to the two of you every Sunday…good or bad news! Here for it…
Living with the land is one of my Favourite rides haha . Been going since I was 10 and it’s so relaxing and educational and a classic beauty of Epcot ❤🌾🪴🌴🌵🍋🥬
Love your teddy and that you didn’t want home to be in storage. You all are fantastic, thanks for all your great content and for always being real.
I enjoyed this immensely. Your excitement and how much you loved your day is contagious. I felt like I was right there with you even though I'm sitting inside my house in Las Vegas Nevada trying not to think about the 114° weather outside! you guys are fabulous, its so special to share your life.
Happy anniversary🎉 to my fave TH-camrs 😊 didn’t realise from what Ben said that you most always went away on your cruises with other people, so enjoy your quality time together xx
Love you guys! Thanks for making me smile!
I went to epcot in the 90s but not back since. Might go again because of this. Great video both x
Always appreciate the honest opinions you both give! 😊❤😊
Oh I just love this. And yes agree! I love the new music too!
Absolutely ❤ seeing you two at the Happiest Place on Earth. Though I deeply appreciate (and always watch!) your incredible, professional cruise vlogs, as a fellow Disney adult I love seeing you proudly exclaim your passion for the parks! Thanks so much for all you do to bring travel information and joy! 😘
Love love love these two!
Watching again! (Saw yesterday!) Nice Airbnb!! Fabulous location! (Love your Teddy!!❤) Great content as always!!! Counting down to our next Disney stay in a few weeks!! Love you Ben and David!!!😊❤
Finally you guys go to Disney world I’m excited!!
What a great all-around video!! So many different experiences...really enjoyed your Disney enthusiasm. The proposal story was wonderful. Shirts were cool! Food reviews are always fun. Much humor as always. Lots of great footage! REALLY enjoyed! Looking forward to part 2.
❤❤ you guys are amazing, so happy that you enjoyed the magic at Disney!!!!
Great time, guys!
My sister and I stayed in a similar villa at the same complex, and it was fantastic! I took the bedroom downstairs while she took the one right above (the master suite), but with so many bathrooms (4.5 bathrooms in our villa), it felt like I was also getting a master suite. We both said we would absolutely return with our respective spouses and kids because it could easily and very comfortably fit all of us (two couples and four kids, total). The price was super reasonable (less than $1000 for 4 nights, IIRC), especially split between us, and it would've been an absolute steal if we'd had 8 people. I ran a small load of laundry every night, so basically we went home with almost no dirty clothes, so while it is a fantastic place to stay while at WDW, it would be especially nice right before or after a cruise so that you don't have to worry about lugging around dirty clothes. I don't work for Wyndham or have any kind of personal or commercial interest in this property but absolutely loved staying there! Side note: we were also confused about the ladder décor.
I'd love to look into this. Is there a link you can share? TIA
@@bethmauskopf9440 sure-- I wrote a reply, but it did not post. I don't know if it's auto-moderated because I tried to share a link. My apologies if it posts and this is repetitive. Anyway, if you Google "Magic Village Views Trademark Collection by Wyndham", it pops up at the top. We booked through AirBnB, though. I'm not sure how it works going directly vs that route, but the price was right, and our experience was just fine.
We stayed in what is listed on the Wyndham site as a 4BR villa w/BBQ (no hot tub). It was 4BR/4.5BA. Two bedrooms had a king-sized bed each, and two bedrooms had two twin beds each (no bunk beds). The master bedroom (upstairs) had a large sitting area. All four bedrooms had an en suite bathroom; the king bedrooms each had a large shower in the bathroom, whereas the twin bedrooms each had a shower/tub combo. There was also a half bath off the kitchen near the laundry room, which had a full-sized washer and dryer. The kitchen had a ton of counter seating at the kitchen island (I want to say six seats) plus a table to the side, and the living area had a large sectional with an ottoman. For just two of us, it was WAY too much space, but for 8 it would be comfortable without feeling squishy. The two king bedrooms each had their own TV, but I don't remember if the twin bedrooms did or not. One of the king bedrooms was on the first floor off the living room, and the rest were upstairs. Oh, and we were allocated two parking spots out front.
what is link and the name of complex? thx
@@kiwisun529 I tried replying to the other person who replied to me, but my replies keep getting moderated or deleted somehow. Anyhow, it's Wyndham Magic Villa Views, and we had a 4-bedroom villa.
Fun video 😊 great editing
You guys are so lovely! I love watching you both!
Always look forward to the videos! And Ben, I love your teddy 🫶🫶
Wow what a fun entertaining video. You guys look so happy in your happy place 😊
Thank you two for always supplying us with content!
Canadian Hewitt here. I really wanted a Ben and David video. The food prices seem quite normal. Looks like a great place to visit.
LOVE THE SHIRTS!!!
Thank you for sharing this adventure with us, and for sharing the sweet story of your engagement at the castle 11 years ago. 🎉❤ What a great way to spend a few days before a cruise!
You guys just continue to crack me up! Love your channel.
I love your cruise videos as your detailed, honest and warm but these type of videos like tours of non cruise places i enjoy so i hope you start doing more but maybe on a separate channel. Saying that maybe tours of places you can do and visit before and during a cruise. Thankyou. Love Jason :)
You are both such lovely people - love watching you both.
This video was fantastic! I haven’t been to DisneyWorld since 2019 and seeing this makes me want to jump on a plain and go on down! It’s great how you both just took it slow and easy instead of rushing like crazy people running to catch the next ride. You guys are smart and know how to do it right! Thanks guys! 💙💜❤️
Safe travels on your next adventure. May God bless you.
Love you love your Rainbow. So thoughtful to bring him with you.😢 Just adorable ❤
Thank you guys
I must tell you! I love love you both so much much! It’s so fun to watch your channel. I love you banter back and forth! You are both SO good looking too! Did I say I love you both? ❤️❤️❤️❤️

27:13 Hey!.... well, you are not wrong 😂
Lovely spending time with you guys ❤
Love you guys soo much you are the highlight of my week. ❤
Loved this video. So great to see you have a love for Disney too. We are fortunate enough that we moved to Orlando 1 ½ years ago (from Las Vegas). I have always loved the parks and my husband has been kind enough to indulge me and grown to love them too! He and I just celebrated 10 years together as well! Congratulations to you both on your anniversary and on your move to a new home.
So love all your little sayings - you are so much fun!!
I LOVED hearing how David proposed❤❤❤ How special!
Oh my word that house is amazing..
I’m 62 and have a little blue bunny, I’ve had him since I was 4.. I understand completely about your gorgeous bear….
We always drive in the states,it’s just so easy…and the convince of the car is just priceless…
Great blog again guys…👍🇬🇧
Love you guys ❤
Wdw is the one vacation I don’t mind spending a lot of $$. I am entertained all week with any experience I want. Amazing place.
I think you guys need a travel companion. (ME) LOL. Every time I see your videos I want to travel/ take a cruise. As usual, excellent video. Thanks!!
Just discovered you guys when I was looking for videos of Lighthouse Point! Absolutely fabulous videos!!! I love cruising too!!! Thank you!
EDITING! 🎉 FANTASTIC JOB!
Love this vlog!! Never be embarrassed that you are found of childhood memories and keepsakes. I have them as well!
Weak like her last album…. 😂🤣 Love you two! Thank you for fun Disney update, hope move and new place is going well! 💙💯
Loved this video! I live in California - grew up on Disneyland - but over the years it’s just gotten too pricey, and we live several hours from there now. Even so, I ❤❤❤ Disney and it was so fun to see you at the park for a change. Loved the story of David proposing there, too. What a wonderful memory. Thanks for sharing!!!
Great video!
It is so nice hearing you guys and your take on Disney. Your stories are always the best!
Pro tip for a 42 year old lifelong resident of the southern USA...you gotta crack those car windows 😂 or sunroof if you have one. Keep that air circulation going while its sitting. But also, no matter the car color...it will ALWAYS feel like getting into a oven when its been sitting in the sun. Most white vehicles have dark interiors, so 🤷🏻♀️
I love the cake slices even better than the cookies at Gideons
What a pleasant change to your usual cruising vlog! I hope you do more of these from time to time. Did the two of you ever consider moving to Florida to be near the cruise ports and other attractions? Maybe during the winter months? Thank you for your honest reviews throughout the years.
Happy anniversary guys that is so great
I just love you guys. Your content is so wonderful! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
