Its nice seeing how you alternate the directions with different sandpaper. Not many videos have that.
I have watched Making a Japanese San Mai Gyuto Knife Part 1-4 and oh men this will be a beautiful Japanese Knife! I wish he can make me one.
All that's left is the Handle and a Saya, if he wants to make one. Hope he finish this knife soon, I can't wait to see the end product.
I will watch all his videos after this one.
