This is great sounding patch and tips are very useful. It sounds a bit differently on humbackers (either PAF and high compression ones), which is normal, but it could be easily worked out by playing with compression level and EQ. Great work Ivan!
Yeah, I guess I had to play on my single coil to get closer to Andy's feel. But his triple humb setup is quite cool, definitely plays a huge role there. Glad you liked the video!
I just bought Pod Go last week and very happy with my purchase, I can't believe this unit can have helix sound quality without damaging your wallet and I found your presets are super amazing, especially when it comes to Timmons sound, subscribed Thanks Ivan 👍👍👍
Thanks so much Jaya! This was more of a ''try this, it's cool'' than me getting close to Andy's tone. I think that the Electric Gypsy sound is pretty close though, but for the other two song snippets, they were a far cry of how Andy actually makes them sound! Enjoy the presets, and always feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Or feedback like this, which is sometimes even better xD
This is outstanding Ivan thank you very much. New subscriber here ! Andy Timmons is one of my favorite guitar players. Together with Steve lukather Can you si some Steve lukather sounds as well ??? 😅😅😅😅
@@JoePariseauMusic As much as I love Sapphire Blue, Larry's tone is a huge mystery to me. Obviously, a 335 helps! I would try out the Fender amps, if you want some of the free ones you got here: Fender Bassman could serve you good. Should get you a rich type of clean and a cream-ish lead tone.
Thanks! From the folder, check the Lonestar Clean and the Lonestar Dirt. As for this one in particular, it's easy to copy what I did, I think. If you have trouble, and don't know how to adjust parameters by snapshots - let me know, and I'll upload this same preset.
Maybe your trying to be funny, but leave this channel now if you don’t know Andy Timmons? I left because I don’t know him. That fact doesn’t mean I’m not a good guitarist. I play worship music on a church worship team and use Pod Go. I’ve played guitar for 50 years. God bless you, the information you provide on the pod Go is great but why insult someone just looking for info?
I'm super sorry that insulted you. It was a joke, I don't mean that at all. Sometimes jokes land the wrong way, but hey, maybe consider accepting my apology. Cheers!
@@pekkyas Jokes do sometimes land the wrong way. I’ve done it myself. I’ll go back and watch because I am interested in knowing more about using compression.
@@garyborror4002 hey, if you like compression, we're probably best friends already, we just don't know it yet! Good luck and sorry again, my humour is cold, very cold usually!
This needs adding to your download folder :) Great tips, thank you.
Your wish is my command. Patch added in the folder, IR replaced with a 4x12 Cali V30. More fitting than the Interstate 2x12 this time.
Have fun!
@@pekkyas Cheers Ivan, and thanks for all you do. Hope you reach 1000 subs soon!
Thanks Tim, enjoy the tones!
Love statement "First off, if you dont know who Andy Timmons is you can leave this channel now", awesome dude!
Hahaha, obviously, a joke! After which you SHOULD leave if you still don't know about AT! : )))))
Awesome. Quick and to the point. I know Andy so I stuck around 😂
Thank you!... I was looking for an Andy Timmons patch after watching that TPS video... And didn't know I already had this patch from you 😁👍

Excellent tips brother! 😊👏
Happy to help, and to give mr. Andy Timmons all the credit!
