I’m glad there are more homes coming on the market but with the average being over $500k it’s so unaffordable. Most of the home don’t look like they’re worth half of that but it’s all about location 😔
Seeing a lot of this in our area as well - overpriced or needs-work homes are sitting unless they’re on acreage or on the water. I’m hoping that means we might be able to find a good deal on a house that’s been sitting for a while, because we won’t be able to afford Cumming. 😅
I agree that prices are a pain! Unfortunately, I don't see any relief on the horizon when it comes to home prices. We need a major supply of inventory to meet current demand.

Why are builders in GA obsessed with building townhomes?
More bang for their buck!
Maximizing profit. Notice townhome prices are comparable with single family homes. But builders can put more on a single lot

None of this is good at all. Prices needs to drop and interest rates need to fall. Inflation is killing people
