I am living in Wismar, my friends are living in Ilmenau. Last weekend I was badly hit by few Germans. My friends were also attacked by few Germans they were saying "Auslander raus". I think in the future incident like in Kyrgyzstan can also happen with Asian students in Germany. I am trying to shift my program to Canada or Australia. Singapore is also a good option..

All this video does is spread fear and hatred among incoming students who might help be constructive and contribute to the society. I can tell you that people are more than just welcoming if you are willing to integrate (i.e. Learn the language, understand the culture and everyday ethics, and just be a good resident). Brownie points: If you are also aware about the the german arts, history (not just the world war eras) and also enjoy their music (they do have some really great tracks imo), it will be so much easier for you to be comfortable not just around germans, but those who are integrated in the society.
Protip: If you're here just to study as the level of education and research here is great, then I would say just be equipped with the basics and mainly just have the most of your uni experience and not fear against the changing tides in europe.
Also, The reason why AFD (the mentioned far right party) is winning is due to the rising crimes occuring all across germany by migrants who in 99 percent of the cases came to germany illegally or as asylum seekers. The war isn't against the integrated, nor is it towards the educated who know how to be part of a society. (Germany needs about 600,000 skilled workers each year to keep their system running!)
As an indian student myself, It makes me really sad seeing indian students hold these thoughts and then subconsciously also potray it in their everyday life here. I can tell you that they mostly stick around with other indians which isn't a bad thing ofcourse, but it doesn't let you get out of the bubble and discover what life truly has in store in germany for you. My conclusion would be to stop having this mentality of judgement from others and also yourself and truly live your best life in this beautiful country!

The guy on the left in the blue jacket will always hold a grudge against Germany. I would strongly recommend him to move to some other country. Otherwise, he will make his own life miserable here.
